I'm very confused about the story can anyone tell me what happened

Well, you have to read the codex entries, then start doing the quests. you can probably check some warframe youtubers that have very good videos on this, but if you are not up to the Second Dream they could be quite spoilery, I would insist that you check your ingame resources on lore before turning to youtube, but if you gotta know StallordD is a good place to start, must also tell you that there are things that are not clearly mentioned, and there can be some speculation.
