Can't start the Saya's Vigil, because Can't start the Vor's Prize

Hello everybody, today I'm stuck in a huge problem. I started the game like 4 years ago, when the Tenno's own ship wasn't yet in the game. But after when the update came out with the Vor's Prize, I couldn't do the mission I don't know why. I didn't pay so much attention for it, because I thought it's just a beginner quest, so don't necessary. But in the new update, you must have this quest, to playing Saya's Vigil. Here's a picture how it looks like:

I'm still don't what to do, but I would be very glad if somebody find out what's the solution for it. Thanks in advance, have a nice day, with the new update!

Solution:

Do the first bounty mission by yourself, group bounties appear to still be broken.

Bounties actually are made up of 3 small sub-missions. You will see a "Bounty Stage Complete" when you complete a stage. When all 3 are complete you can return to Cetus and the Saya's Sigil should be ready at Konzu.

Your best option might be contacting the support. They should be able to unlock the quest.

I have the exact same thing, completed vors prize a long time ago and no option to repeat so i think all we can do is wait for a hotfix

Same problem here. I'm playing WF since Update 7, probably skipped Vor's Price when it was released (or haven't  been able to start it neither at that time).

I have this issue as well, which ALSO locks me out of entering The Quills because now they locked that behind Saya's Vigil.

So basically all of this new content is locked for people who have been supporting DE since the start. Thanks guys.

Cant believe this is still a thing, this still needs a proper fix, still cant unlock vors prize for those of us with old accounts who skipped the tutorial when it was eventually introduced.

You have to do a single bounty. You do not need to do Vor’s Prize. 

I have not done Vor’s Prize. I did a bounty and the quest unlocked (exactly as DE said it would)
