If an Instance is "Full" and you can't enter, why not just filter it out of the list?

So this happens a lot with new content like Plains of Eidolon, but it's also an issue whenever Baro Kiteer shows up:

As a result, we players have to scroll through a list of lots of unavailable instances (sometimes 50+) that we cannot even get into.

Isn't there any way the devs can filter out all the "Full" instances from the list? If the first available instance a player can get into is "Cetus 50", why can't that be the first item on the list?

At least grey them out and show them at the end of the list.

Yeah, it's much easier for me to go to plains first then go back through the door than scroll through the Cetus instances list.

Pretty ,much any game with multiple instances does this,  and how is this even a problem

I don't even know why it's an option.  I have only ever clicked an "EMPTY" one and EVERY SINGLE TIME, it's completely full... If you're going to let me choose, let me ACTUALLY CHOOSE... Don't just give me an option and then throw me into one randomly...
