As far as I can tell after replaying the video a number of times, it seems like latency with player damage. You landed all of your hits but his game didn't catch up yet and he kept hitting a possible ghost of your character, so, you both died. This problem is common, not due to servers but people/player's internet connection. It sucks, I know, but next time if you catch a whiff of these laggy shenanigans, attempt to space yourself away from them.

Unrelated note, your UI is comically smol, and I love/hate it.

Can someone explain this? Tired of this S..t!

Clearly there are some laggy interactions occurring.
Now, I see at least two other players lagging - and quite severely - from your perspective.
Given this, it's likely that the culprit is either a bad host, or a poor connection between just you and the host.

Turn on the in-game framerate option. This will show your ping, and it will show whether or not you should be complaining at yourself.

Warframe's server code could be improved to better handle laggy players.
First of all, insanely laggy connections should just be rejected.

Secondly, damage from dead players can be avoided:
Instances of damage are created client-side.
Player health/damage received calculation should occur server-side, which allows the server to determine if and when a player dies.
Then, the server can know whether or not a particular instance of damage is coming from a dead player, and it can ignore that damage.
This would tilt game performance in favor of players with decent connections.

Servers play a big role too. Tickrate, server host watching porn netflix, and the problem with the data loss while communicating between several ppl. idk if you all forgot but the average ping numbers increased by ~50 when servers were introduced. Stuff got improved since then, yet a decent p2p host still can top the best servers.
