[Help] Item bought by error and platinum refund

Hi everyone...

i just did something really wrong: i was browsing the market for a blueprint but i accidentally bought a weapon i don't really need. For platinum.

So i'm guessing: there is a way to receive a refund (and of course give back the weapon and of course the weapn slot...)??
where can i open a ticket for support?

There's a link to support at the top of the forum. They might take a while due to backlog, but they will get to you. Whether you get your plat back, I can't say. But that's your best bet.

but be sure to not touch the weapon

Yep, don't level the weapon and you might get a refund.

Make sure you buy only blueprints in the future ;)
