Platinum set to 1

Greetings,

a few days ago I logged in and found my platinum set to 1 from around 1,9k. The platinum was bought with real money (prime access) and later on the Tennocon digital pass. I messaged support already but apparently tickets take more than 3 days. Did anyone experience something similar (especially related to the Tennocon digital pass)? Also, what is the average response time for support? Losing paid for platinum just like that is kind of infuriating.

Well the best thing that can be done is contacting support, they can either be really quick or slow depending on ticket overflow. As for the platinum vanishing it could be possible that your credit card company declined the payment or something similar causing the funds to vanish and your platinum being taken back (unpaid platinum gets automatically deducted)  however i can't say for certain seeing as how i know nothing of your account details.
