Performance Problem => Not playable Warfram

So after the update today i cant play warframe anymore the screen flickering and i cant lower the options any lower btw after 1 mins the game will frezee 

so here some links for see it yourself any idea or lead howto fix it

Does this still happen if you verify your Download Cache in the Warframe launcher settings?
(This can be done by clicking on the little cogwheel at the top right corner of the launcher)

Yes And clearly maybe it is on that i was frome support adviesed to deisable directx 10 and 11

 

like this may i try them on see if that change something

seems to fix it caus now i can change the option i will try more but why in the first place was that an option

will test something

Ok the option to disable Directx 10 / 11 is the problem wihtout the game dosent work anymore

but one last quesiton is this a technikal problem or something else?
