Operator Shiny Face?

I just log in after today's update and it looked to me, that the operator face was shinier than usual, is this only happening to me or is a bug maybe. Please help.

I also had this happen to me. 
It looks like someone dumped a bucket of oil/water all over them. It did not look like this before the latest batch of hotfixes.

It could be intended... maybe?
But yeah, I do agree that it makes my Operator look like she just got out of a shower. ^{(it changed the shading on the Warframes too, but it's a little less noticeable.)}

RNGesus knows she needed one.

Yeah I noticed this earlier when I went to work on my focus tree's I saw my Operator looked like she had just gotten out of the shower with how shiny/wet her face looked, thought it was a wetness bug at first since I had just come back from an Eidolon hunt where it had been raining out on the plains, but its still like it now.

On another note, your tenno is very pretty.

Getting back on topic, yeah, I noticed this as well. It looked like my operator had been crying or had some disorder of the tear ducts earlier. I thought perhaps they had made a change as a placeholder to reflect perhaps how your child's emotions would be altered during the Sacrifice quest, albeit perhaps a bit too early.

This bug is even worse in the cinematic quests (specifically Apostasy). No words can describe how appalling they look. EVERYTHING has this blinding shimmer to it and the operators not only look like they were dumped with grease and neon, but they also look like they've been laminated in transparent latex. It's HIDEOUS!
