Odd looking water drop HUD effect in plains

I don't recognize this from before. Anyone else know what it is?

close, but its the effect actually for getting a full 5 shield cut of any mined ore or gem. its a bug, usually happens when you do a lot of mining.

I think that circle effect appears with a label after you mine a rare gem if I'm not mistaken.

Btw , where did you get your Glyph ? @Navarchus. Looks really cool.

Does it happen if you swap out the cutter?

Did you just mine something? (there is an affect when you get rare gems, but should have the gem label)

I had not cut anything for the past few minutes. I was just running with it out & I hadn't done any perfect cuts.

Seems like a bug , either report or ignore it :)
