Protonus' Ridiculous Mods

Hello there, and welcome to ridiculous mods of Protonus!
 
Here you can see some of the mods he has crafted out from the ashes of flesh... I mean, out of metal parts and Gallium pieces. Yes. With these mods, he was able to outfit such into making several components that only a few managed to replicate. Although these mods are his and his alone.
 
If you are remained confused of who Protonus is... (Freelancer27). :P
 

Gah!!! That was typical... I can't place all the mods I crafted out from scratch. :l
 
Anyway, sorry about deleting the old Ridiculous Mod thread, the images too many to fill in. :l

You guys do notice it does more effective damage than standard faction mods, right? Because killing wildlife isn't actually necessary in all missions. Plus, it can't be "Nature's Cleanse", since Nature is already "clean" to begin with.

As the mod says, all of the shields lost will be turned into additional damage on the first hit you can do after taking a wad of damage by some enemies. I didn't add a limit here since doing this move too frequently will most likely get yourself killed stacking tremendous amounts of damage on a single hit. As said, this is a risk-reward mod that can help a lot of players who prefer melee.

Also, this will be very effective on Valkyr. :D

I've got some mod ideas I'd like to share (hell I'd give you some screenshots if I could figure out how to make it look good and give it to you).

 

Berserker's Fury

Classification: Warframe Nightmare Mod

Polarity: V (attack)

Drain: 8/9/10/11

Ranks: 3

Effect: +5 stamina on melee kill, +5% power strength (+20 stamina and +20% power strength at rank 3)

Geared towards melee-focused Frames (*whispers* Valkyr *nudge nudge wink*)

 

Shield Detonate

Classification: Warframe Rare Mod

Polarity: D (defence)

Drain: 7

Ranks: Nil

Effect: when shields drop, a pulse would detonate from the frame, causing enemies in a 5m radius to be stunned/knocked down and dealing 100 impact damage (inspiration taken from Mass Effect 2 and 3's Tech Armour detonation)

 

Martyr

Classification: Warframe Corrupted Mod

Polarity: V (attack)

Drain: 7

Ranks: Nil

Effect: deals 1000 blast damage once downed or dead in a 10 metre radius, -20% health and shields

 

 

New Class of Mods: Void Aura Mod (only obtainable in the Void, rare drop from Corrupted Gunners and Healers (alternatively, mission rewards in addition to the normal rewards with a 10% chance of getting one at the end of a Void mission))

 

Basically the Void Aura Mods are Nightmare mode auras but only obtainable in the Void.

 

Restoration

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: bar (tactics)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5/6/7

Ranks: 5

Effect: team health and energy regenerates at +0.1 per second (increases by 0.1 for each rank)

 

Ammo Scavenger

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: bar (tactics)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5/6/7

Ranks: 5

Effect: Increases All ammo recovery, +10% ammo pickup (increases by 10% for each rank)

 

Guardian

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: D (defence)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5

Ranks: 3

Effect: Increases maximum shields and health by 2.5% (increases by 2.5% for each rank)

 

Destroyer

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: V (attack)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5/6/7

Ranks: 5

Effect: Increases all weapon damage by 2.5% (increases by 2.5% for each rank)

Note: all weapons would be affected by this mod

 

Sensory Enhancement

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: bar (tactics)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5/6/7

Ranks: 5

Effect: combines enemy radar and thief's wit, +5 enemy and loot radar (increases by 5 for each rank)

 

Weaken

Classification: Void Aura

Polarity: bar (tactics)

'Drain': 2/3/4/5/6/7

Ranks: 5

Effect: combines corrosive projection and shield disruption (enemy armor and shields reduced by 5% with another 5% increment for each rank)

 

Aaaand I'm out of ideas. Time to go grind for primes.

This inspired me to make some mods of my own!

 

Introducing, two new Auras fit for specific types of missions!

 

(I tried to make them as realistic as possible!)

Unlike other Auras, these can only be found by reaching the 30 minute mark in Survival, or reaching Wave 20 in Defense.

 

Note that Survivalist works like Ammo Scavengers, they only increase the base chance of getting a drop, so squad of 4 with this aura won't get guaranteed drops all the time, but will have a 120% increased chance of getting one.

 

Defensive Reflection also works with Mobile Defense locations.
