Tenno don't have mouths... Electromagnetic induction when the Tenno places the blowgun close to the proximity of where the mouth would be. Done. Tenno don't have mouths... Besides, in cryogenic levels, we can see our Warframes breathe, so we could say they just concentrate that breath to shoot the dart out, if EMI does not work out. They are not going to puncture through layers of armour, but would puncture a few centimetres (after all, it is a dart). The elemental damage will be dealing the majority of the damage.
