Those mustaches are a temporary event item so no worries about that. (That's a shame imo ^^)
As for the syndicate sigils you can't sell them because once you do you can't earn reputation points anymore, meaning you can't buy them back, effectively excluding you forever from the syndicate mechanics. That's why you can sell any non-syndicate related sigils.

You then need to hit the grey box "Billing & Prime Access"
A blank box should appear below where you can write the Subject and another one where you can describe your issue.
Edit : Only send it once, do not trust people saying you should spam them with requests, it will only make their job harder.

Not hardware related in any way. (Still : GTX 960 I54690K SSD installed 1920*1080 video settings maxed-60fps)
It's a bug we already had in the past with new skins/warframes which was usually fixed quickly once reported.
You should post your own screenshots. It's possible you suffer from it but haven't noticed yet. You can't see it if you use low contrast color schemes for instance.

I believe the Palatine skin is using a lower res version of its textures instead of the higher res assets.
While the helmet is okay, it's obvious on every metallic part of the body. lots of jaggies on the abs and on the back. (as it is a texture resolution issue you need to open the screenshot in fullscreen)
One in the liset to show it's not only a loading issue, an instance of bad lighting or location-specific:
Sanity check : close up of excalibur - everything looks higher res. as it should.
That's an issue we already had in the past with other warframes and could be solved quickly. I hope it's still the case here. Any additional screenshots appreciated.

Players claim it looks okay on consoles...so that definitely sounds like a pc related bug that will get fixed.
Some people report it being black, some purple, and some gray... supported by screenshots. That's some weird stuff going on there ! Oo'

As for myself, I'm waiting for the actual final product to give my opinion. Having watched the devstream, it was obvious something was wrong. That black pixelated tar have nothing in common with what was showed then ^^

According to the text of the Hotfix :
"Fixed a visual error causing Rhino’s Iron Skin to turn black in some tilesets when using the Palatine Deluxe Skin."
For me it stills turns black on every tileset, In devstream it looked liked it could be recoloured, hotfix seems to confirm that. So, not completely fixed yet I guess?
(Don't mind the ugly colours please ^^ what wouldn't I do for science...)
the was a Rhino FIX. not impressed at all. Anyway I didnt play Rhino before and I'm rank 20 so it didn't matter to me his Iron Skin appearance but now I'd like to play how cos i purchase my new skin for him.
Iron skin appearance looks RUBISH on with skin or without. It obviously DEVs lacks of ideas on this 1. Please remove the effect fully or apply Transparent Shiny Gloss on top of his body or some energy going through.

Something went horribly wrong with the new Palatine Iron skin (on PC, consoles seem okay).

I couldn't find the horns more fitting myself, all of the old world's gods of thunder had badass horns : Taranis, Wotan, Cernunnos...
I like how that contrasts with Volt's slim body, giving it character. With some electric arcs between the horns that'd look awesome ^^

The new abilities panel is now able to tell us the effect of installed mods on abilities.... except energy cost ? It would be a nice feature not to have to constantly go on the field to see what the energy cost of each ability is.

The preview of the Saryn skin in the market shows her holding the Dual zoren skin (same preview as the bundle actually) which is not included. There's also no way to preview the new sugatra. (You might want to fix that typo in your post, that's not a syandana)
I'm not playing Saryn much but she really looks good ! ^^

Nice suggestion !
Planetside 2, another Free to Play, had a similar system of a virtual playground with all weapons and vehicles unlocked for testing. It's a wonderful toy for new players and allow them to not feel cheated when they waste a precious potato or forma on something that didn't quite turn out as expected - And it's a very useful tool for Veterans to refine their builds.
To people that think that such a system would lower DE's revenue stream because players wouldn't buy as much, I'll tell that, in my opinion, people actually tend to buy more freely when they know exactly what they can expect from an item.
