On the PSN you have saved data from Warframe (some Mb's). Delete that -you don't need to delete the whole game- and start the game again.
But only proceed with this action if you're 100% sure that you crafted the clan key (again -because only having bought the blueprint is not enough- nor can you alter things in the dojo without the Warlord permissions).

Nothing DE does will ever stop the flood of people asking where and when Baro is. DE could make a pop-up that stays on screen and requires 3 capita confirmations to clear, and people will still ask.
It won't stop until DE updates the the KickBot script to both
- Inform people who ask where he is, how to find that information (by going to any relay and looking at his kiosk).
- Kicks said people from the chat.
There are people who are unable to follow clearly marked Quest Icons. People won't read News for event mechanics. No amount of hand-holding UI or notifications will help these people. Only quick sharp boots out of chat rooms, with clear reasons why they are getting the boot.
For the sake of Profit, when and where will Baro be showing up next??

For some uncertain reasons, the game is not seeing that you're in a clan (if the clan key is crafted -only having a blueprint in your inventory is not enough- and you brows thru the Navigation and select the dojo "planet like" to enter, and it still doesn't allow you) I suggest that you log off, delete your -on your PSN- warframe saved data and start the game. If this issue persist, then I recommend you to contact support... Then it's the data saved on the server corrupted for some reason (but I don't believe this).

Well, first you must craft a clan key to enter the clan dojo, without would be impossible.
If you want to leave your current clan and join a new one, you must first click on your name in the clan menus -communication and then clan- and then click "leave clan".
Be adviced that running a clan is not easy nor cheap.

There isn't a feature in-game, but you can report players with screenshots of their "Offense" in support tickets.

but we also have an other method that imo works the best... That is through a ticket to Support
with proofs (screenshots) of given incident. -

Not possible, my friend.
Founder package was a one-time only thing... Then, the game needed some financial injection. Now, we have fashion frame, a company that took over and so forth.. enough to generate income. :)
