I have a "clan" of my own that I have made by myself with 0% assistance from anyone else but me, I have researched everything (Including solar rails) and despite the duration, as long as you get what you want in the end, there is not much need to complain. If components were to be droppable, it would be most appropriate to drop from bursas, or eximus moa's. If I could do it without difficulty (Which I did!) and complaining, so can you! :smile:

  2. Eh, if you feel the need to stress this as much as you have... go ahead. No matter what, however, there needs to be AT LEAST SOMETHING!?! Silver grove is coming soon though, I would expect something before prime access, if not then that might not be a good sign... 

  3. Dear Tenno council,

     

    Many Tenno focus on health and armour as having 1k + of Health is more rewarding than having 1k+ of shields. Will there be a shields 2.0 were having high shields is just as, if not more rewarding than health and armour?


    Have you ever thought about having a section of mod slots dedicated to augments for further customazation of our abilites? That and possibly more augments to continue molding abilites without sacrafice?
     

    Any volt stuff? We would like to see more

    Volt deluxe skin? 

    Will there be ANY changes to nekro's health decay?

    Are Warframes alive?

    Are Kubrows and kavats within the same family? 

    Beds,toys,sleeping and or cuddling kubrow? a park for kubrows and kavats? Do kavats and kubrows get along? 

    Any news on the infested behind the door? 

    There aren't many staff type weapons,will there be more? I love staff weaponry and with the vaulting of the bo prime which will not return for a very long time, there needs to be more staffs to compensate for that and the current 4 (Excluding mk1 type) Also please increase there range slightly to be on par with polearms

    We all generally agree (there's always that one person though) that health decay is wrong. 

    We don't know why it was implemented.

    The same way I don't know why Saryn lost health in her rework.

    Or why volt has energy drain and a timer (sorry for mentioning other frames)

    I strongly believe, if De explained their reasoning to us on some level, we could make more informed and reasonable requests.

    Right now it feels like someone doesn't think we even deserve that much (banny statement)

    But just keep trying. I will post in this thread everyday for the next 5 years until they change it. Because I'm willing to support my community. You guys. Funniest thing about me being here is I havnt even played the new nekros yet, but I have seen what they did to Volt, so it's not hard to get the picture.(and you tube videos)

    Fighting no matter what is what I like to hear! It will serve as an example of their... flaws. Synergy is both ridding of "Ult" abilities because people are afraid of dealing lots of damage for an ability that costs lots of energy, that in it's self is a HUGE problem! Also, now when I hear "Rework" I hit the panic button. Though there are those who... submit. We must continue a peaceful rebellion for our beloved necromancer Nekros, and Lord of lightning, volt... :smile: I'm reconsidering Nekros prime access, I to will monitor this thread

    I really liked the change from Overload to Discharge, in fact it was the first thing I expected from him when I farmed him up. Actually stunning people and making them dance in place.

    Ideas I could give to make him more interesting is: even more synergy. Using Speed and running in a circle with enemies in it (leaving temporary electric trails after about 3 circle laps, then Discharge would focus Tesla Coiling them. Atm the only synergy with Speed is using mobile Electric Shield and then Speed to counter the movement speed reduction and that's meh..

    Heres the thing, most of our ideas have gone IGNORED, we wanted a MES but execution was poor, we wanted synergys with speed, nothing there. There was more potiental that went unoticed, I'm not going to share ideas over and over and OVER. Only thing you could do is not be volt...which Is why I went to nekros...and now I'm migrating AGAIN...

    Imo, I'd hate that. Too many of these types of weapon-relying abilities. Plus I can't imagine Volt doing anything else other than safely moving forward with his current shield and pistol-killing everything, along with speedrunning and melee-melting everything.

    I think they just need to decide what they want to drain while Volt uses the Shield in Current Form (holding it and moving). Make it drain energy and pause the duration when holding it, or have it not drain energy at all.

    Health Cap on his Discharge atm feels like a pain. Put too much into strength and your ult will be unreliable.

    Ehhh, no just something... diffrent. Ya that health cap is a pain, have you seen enemies break free from discharge? mid duration? It makes it less effective

    ...they told us something vague and you Drew your own picture about what would happen to him, only to be dissapointed that it was "only" a needet buff to the original concept...that's unfair pal.

    Are you telling me that the only way to go is melee volt with speed? Many of us expected more, not just me, it made many very excited, myself included and we should have not expected any less then the BEST

    TLDR : We were LIED to about what was going to happen, something of EXCAL TIER but that did not happen, we thought we have got a super strong WARRIOR but that is not the case... "Altrenative to gunplay" Is INCORRECT, that, and they hate volt, look on prime time, they SKIP him and worship all the other frames, "Suitable for a starter frame" ~ devstream 72 go hear it  for yourself GO He is seen as being a frame that should be ditched after a certain point, it caused much aggresion. My next go-to frame is nekros, or at least it WAS, health decay is NOT balanced! There is a problem of balance in warframe which irritates me to no end! I would very much have it so it's more casual to see warframes being stronger than weapons then this, they don't care about our feeback, do they?

    Me being a long term contributor... I don't think I'll be purchasing this prime access, Not listening to feedback from 18.13's list of changes of frames, to nekros rework we have today...It is important intake feedback to get a better understanding of what we want, I don't want to complain because I love the work put into these things...just not, changes to warframes...they almost never work...maybe things will change with the prime access after nekros?

    That's a good question I never quite understood... Maybe it's to hear are complaints out of Boredom? No clue. With the recent reworks of many frames, (More specifaccly volt)  I am running low on options of what frame to be... I should not have to change

    You completely misunderstood what I said, I said nothing about a dojo. You or someone else said to have more CC and or AOE stuff and being fast, to which I replied being faster in terms of speed...

    Iv always envisioned desecrate to give health and loot in another way--->through synergy with terrify.

    That way desecrate can be it's own ability. Because it should be.

    This is my over active imagination proposing an idea for desecrate.

    Desecrate also "stuns" enemies that come into contact with Nekros desecrate aura by spawning souls that reach out of the ground, and try to hold them down and looks something like banshees silence effect. It's really just a quick stun, but cast at the same time as fear, it will see enemies ripping away from these tortured souls, losing health, ammo, loot AND armor---> or fear can keep the armor reduction.

    Casting shadow punch on an enemy affected by this new desecrate will see their soul blasted our of their body, and one of the souls from desecrate will take over their body, fighting for you for a short duration---> this shouldn't cause anymore lag than inaros sand shadows.

    In my mind, Desecrate should not just be a pop corn corpse defiling ability.

    Someone else or else's made an awesome suggestion that souls of the dead should prioritize terrified enemies

    AND

    You should be able to order your souls to charge, or to escort ---> please listen to thses guys.

    AND

    That soul punch should have an aoe.

    I imagine something like oberons one, but it has an impact/explosion like embers fireball (but looked cooler than both) 

    AND

    7 shadows may be the limit for low endcomputers in a team setting, but there is no reason to limit a SOLO nekros who will suffer from that limitation in the same way when there is no team to worry about causing to lag.

    AND 

    Have health decay not start until the duration for Souls of the dead has ended-some one else's idea

    And

    Fear should not cause enemies to run halfway a cross a tileset, and should probably have a duration affected by power strength....me.

    If you read all of that, anyone else or even someone from DE, I sincerely hope I am not being overbearing. This is just an idea, among all the other great ideas and is not special by itself. But please do not just look at nekros one time and leave him this way.

    I was away for a while, playing other Frames, and it seems they did forget about Volt altogether. Bumped into him the other day on my Arsenal and remembered this post, so I came to see if DE had any kind of feedback, but they seem to have their hands full at the time with many updates. They are doing a wonderful job on other areas, but you seem to be on the spot, they are simply not that enthusiastic about our friendly Volt.

    But seriously, how about just removing ES? It just doesn't go along with his kit. you either play Speed or ES, there's simply no way to play both as they stand (mod-wise, and considering the Riot version of ES is a good idea, with TERRIBLE design).

    The passive is somewhat lacking as well... I believe I have NEVER dealt 1k damage. It takes too much to charge, and has no proc on Electric status. And since Speed is a good skill for melee, why not giving him a passive that enables energy sustain, for the channeling damage, or health sustain, for the melee range diving into killer mobs (think Shocking Speed doing the Electric proc + siphoning life from electrified enemies on melee kills/finishers).

    I don't think getting a substitute for ES that deals damage will work as well... Considering how skills go, with flat scaling, we would likely have another handicap on our hands. This is where I'm still working, trying to come up with a suggestion for a better Potent alternative to gunplay.

    I like your possive energy! Clearly the description has stayed, and is being reinforced despite being as innacurate as it is

    IF you think about it...why does a frame that's meant to be about damage, accoring to them.  (I have the quotes up for a reason) There's no reason for a shield...plus, it's not as good as a metal riot shield because it doesn't have a duration and  doesn't magically goes away. Replace it with something that debuffs enemies and damages them afterwards. This nerf (Still not calling it a rework) could have had sooo much more potential! Scott was pationate about the frost rework...but volt's was a big WHATEVER. I to have left volt for while, I went to nekros but he got touched so I'm almost out of options... I thought volt rework would have lived up to our expectations...nope, was excited for nekros rework,... I retract my words...Who's left? Ash? he's getting the touch sometime this fall... Rebbeca...scott...All staff, this is not ok... Please re-think what you think of as balanced after the WW... Nothing more really needs to be said, right now I am only sharing my feelings, not that it means anything

I think it's because of the fact it's an iffy single-target ability that doesn't have much impact? Maybe make it an energy projectile that travels in a short line and affects all enemies hit? I dunno.

    I think we should push the limit's of what a 1st ability can do, instead of just saying "Well, it's a first ability so of course it's going to stink! what else did you expect?"
