in theory they lose no tangible assets, however the recomendations i made at the end of the post are all ive thought of as solutons personally, in general i dont have a problem with them removing the plat, i simply have a problem with the removal of plat from people who unkowingly recieved the plat from somebody who illegitimatly sourced it causing these unkowing victims to have their account banned/suspended (i think the suspension is about 4 years? not sure) and then having them pay to return their accounts after doing nothing wrong in some cases.

Should unknowing players be punishd for another persons missdee?.

That's really an unfortunate circumstance of the trade system. Plat can spread between people quick, and DE can't let it stay in the game when they find out about it. They also can't really be as kind as they usual are for these kind of things, cause it hurts them financially, and any business is unlikely to willingly take on revenue loss.

  2. I mean, what else would you have DE do? They can't let the fake plat stay within circulation, and they don't want to remove the items you bought with the plat, for issues like you using the plat to buy any of the boosters, then using what you get from the boosters (such as the resource boosters) to build something. You want them to remove fully built and forma-ed frames or weapons, or rivens that you used Kuva farmed off the illegal plat to roll? How do you propose DE recoups the loss that's now gonna be in their books? They're still a business that needs to make money.

Now it gives 120% extra damage, with a max of 3 stacks, for... 360% extra damage. Meaning weapons that only have 3 status types now are better than what you used to do. And keep in mind that now ALL melee damage has been buffed to deal at least as much damage as what used to be the 2.0x combo multiplier, and we can make effective use of the Heavy Slam/Attack when we really need to hit hard.

Actually, CO remains uncapped, they just changed the formula so it works like pressure point.

  4. See, enemy AI can already act pretty smart. Corpus will group up inside bubbles, Grineer heavies will move with a squad and behind shield Lancers, and enemies do take cover behind objects. But none of that matters when we can kill and/or invalidate their every action at any level. Or just become durable enough that they can barely hurt, or just ignore it all together with spoiler mode. Better AI won't change a damn thing as everything is right now.

If everyone is using the Catchmoon, why haven't secondary rivens shot up in disposition? It would stand to reason that if the other 102 guns are seeing less than half of the use of Catchmoon builds, why haven't we seen this over the last 2 disposition changes? Catchmoon has been the most popular since Fortuna dropped. It's the only kitgun to see a max drop 3 times down to .5.

Because Rivens are also balanced in relation to how powerful DE wants the weapon to be by whatever metric to use. If Catchmoon was overperforming so much, then it should be brought in line.

We need a forum for specifically warframe ideas with a standardized suggestion format. It's hard to keep track of these suggestions when they just get buried really quick..

There is a forum for people's ideas, it's called Fan Concepts.

I'm surprised there is not even any response on this. Although when they released Mod drop chance Booster, I haven't seen as many rant as about current NW rewards, yet @[DE]Rebecca created a thread clarifying that move and "Free to play".

There's a difference between something that could be seen as Pay to Win and unethical, and the usual players complaining.

What I gathered from the workshop post the Combo Counter is still going to give us damage and it isn't solely for Heavy attacks and Blood Rush will scale differently but still seems to be giving us more crits based on the counter. Paired with their talks of combo being easier to stack may just make the Blood Rush spin builds just as powerful as they are now.

I would disagree since everything they've said beforehand had indicated that the counter will only count for Heavy Attacks. Hell, it even says later in the Workshop post that the combo counter will only apply to heavy attacks.

Base Damage - Since the Combo Multiplier will apply to Heavy Attacks only, the base damage of all melee weapons is going to significantly increase. Expect to see some big numbers! Full details will be in the Update notes, but every weapon is going up.

Eidolon retreated at the rise of the sun prior to his destruction.

I'm not sure what your thing to say? The Lore states that the Sentients strength waned in daylight so it would attack during the night and retreat during the day. It repeated this until it found out that the Temple Kuva could restore it's ability to replicate and made one big final attack, where Gara sacrificed herself to take it down.

I have, and it's capable of defending itself due to the fields emitted from the tower itself to shut down weaponry.  I understand that it can't win a battle, but I do understand it is a effective EMP, thus titling itself as Self-defending.  As a Orokin tower, it also likely possesses internal defenses as well as most if not all Orokin structures seem to do with the Nueral Sentry, or in this case, the Unum.  You can see some of this when Eidolon had to retreat each new dawn.  Given this factor, I wager it can buy itself time that I don't need a immediate garrison of a force specialized in mobility, stealth, and shock and awe strategy.  If it is possible to recruit non-grineer mercenaries, Corpus proxies, and whatnot, then I would establish a light garrison with a reactionary force nearby.  That reactionary force of Tenno though must be deployed in the very actions that would deny the Unum to the Sentients.

No, the Eidolon retreating at dawn has nothing to do with the Unum, that was an innate limitation it had. Any we already know they can take Orokin defenses since the PoE sentient had already destroyed the other towers there, the Unum being the last tower remaining. Along side the general fact that most Orokin technologies weren't doing jack S#&$ in the first place. The only reason the Sentients didn't take Earth is because Gara stayed behind to defend it. We also know that Sentients can be immune to the neural sentry, given that they were working just as normal during the Octavia Anthem when Hunhow bought them into one.

It's easy to criticize with hindsight, the original post had very clear intentions, and to prove that you didn't read into the thread, the fourth post (from the OP themselves) highlights the concept that the problem was always with the drones exploding.

Please, for your own sake, read further into the thread before commenting.

The entire issue is that they should've suggested that from the get and be clear from the start if they didn't want more comments of "just shoot the drones". And yes, I did already know that was their suggested solution, I've been following this thread for longer than you have. You can see my initial comment from the first page, which I made because it wasn't clear in the OP their complaint was drones killing enemies rather than making them immune to abilities.

The first post quite literally highlights that Atlas is being used as an example of a frame that is affected by this issue.

And used to say nothing about the fact it's the drones exploding if that's what the actually complaint was.

As we all know, you cannot use abilities as effectively in arbitrations due to arbitration drones making enemies untargeted. This (and changes like it) make incredibly ability-reliant frames highly disadvantaged in Arbitrations.

A frame like Atlas- top of mind due to his prime access- suffers a lot in this regard, as the drones impact his ability to petrify, landslide, and ultimately build his rubble effectively (and recover it against the decay rate late game). Being unable to Landslide and Petrify many enemies not only inhibits his damage output like intended, but because of his kit interaction it seriously effects his tank-ability and drops him much below better and tankier frames where he might otherwise be a lot more viable for longer Arbitration runs.

Really it's an issue of ability-cancelling elements seriously messing with the frame balance broadly, but in particular I wanted to narrow in on its effects on Atlas.

TL;DR Arbitration drones inhibit Atlas' whole kit synergy, making him much less effective in Arbitrations, and this should be fixed.

I see no mention of drones exploding in this part. Yes, you say something about ability cancelling elements, but there's nothing that suggests that it's the explosion instead of the drones themselves, especially since your emphasis is just making enemies untargetable with no clarification that it's because the enemies are dead, not because of the general effect of the drones. If you don't want more comments of "just shoot the drones", then explain properly from the get-go.
