  1. I like to keep my Gear Wheel tidy. That's why I have one empty slot, so that the Omni automatically fills it without creating the clunky spiral thing.

Much to my surprise, when I started a Railjack mission yesterday, not only did it put two Omnis in my Gear Wheel, neither of them went into the open slot, instead creating their own slots and doing the spiral thing. Even when I put the Omni in the empty slot in my Arsenal, another Omni still appeared and turned my Gear Wheel once again into a Gear Vortex.

Revenant was referred to as the warden...which means he was probably an excalibur variant

Stopped reading here to ask: what?

Eidolons specifically are undead or post death creatures

No, Eidolons are just the fragments of a Sentient whose consciousness wasn't spread in each of its components. As for the wispy-ghosty nature of Eidolons, that's just general spookiness. They're machines; they can't be undead. Quantum superpositions and stuff.

you don't have to dig through menus or do anything extra besides read.

oh no you have to hover over their username or click their profile

Impersonation isn't an issue at all in any of the many things which have this system, like Steam.

And now, there's a whole new expansion I just straight up can't even play. Thanks. Looks like it could be cool, I spent time and effort making a neato ship. Only to not be able to use it ever. I know you're coming out with the solo stuff soon

What do you mean by this? Railjack is difficult solo, but perfectly doable.

So now you have a problem where people keep bouncing in/out of survivals looking for a ROT C then bounce again.   I see you think through things...

Now this is a weird one. Why would I have a problem with people leaving once the mission is actually finished? I'm pretty sure that this is called a strawman argument.

The only thing that comes to mind is making random people able to joi any time, no the current limit that is 2 rotation or something like that, but this type of instance should be separated from the rest, we dont want random new players to get destroyed instantly abd get frustrated

Yeah, you should be able to join matches shortly after the start of each rotation, not just the start of the whole match.

Public Groups have Public Problems. Recruiting exists for the specific reason of making specific groups for specific purposes. No game in existence can make Public Matchmaking group you with players who will play your way. You're delusional if you think randoms should be forced to play your style and only your style. Let's flip the script...and show you how you sound but from a different perspective.

"I play my missions in total stealth, kill every single enemy, loot every single locker & smash every crate on the map. When you join my group you'd better kill every enemy, open every locker, and smash every crate on the map. DE needs to punish everyone who doesn't play this way." Sounds batS#&$ stupid right? Cause it is. Public (random) is exactly that. Bottomline...Don't do missions in public squads if you want to play endurance/pure stealth/loot every crate/fish/mine & etc.

You've already decided this is a problem that requires solving; you're not after an argument.

What do you mean by this? I am saying that I don't like the way the something works, and that I'd like it to change. Replying with "Well that's just how it works" isn't an argument because I know how it works, and the point of this thread is to make it different.

Because it has been discussed to death and the solution from on high has been stated already is actually why I’m simply dismissing your complaint.

Wrong. I haven't seen anyone suggest being able to commit to how long you want to go through an actual in-game menu. Also why are you even replying if you are just "dismissing" it?

This is where you are wrong.  The mission is over after the first reward is given and extraction is an option.  Your viewpoint on when the mission is over is what’s causing your confusion.

Are we even playing the same game?

Your complaint isn’t original and isn’t new.  This has been discussed to death and the reality is that DE isn’t going to make people stay in a mission to suit you.

What a bizarre way to dismiss my argument. Just because I'm not the first one to bring it up, somehow makes it irrelevant? If anything, wouldn't the fact that people keep bringing it up mean that the issue really needs to be looked at? In other video games, you get penalized for leaving before the mission is over. Endless missions aren't over until you reach at least one Rotation C.

You also can’t force people to stay if they don’t want to.

Well then they should be the ones using recruiting chat to find each other; so they aren't tampering with normal player's matches.

Here's how it should work: Clicking on an Endless mission brings up another menu; similar to joining a Hub but instead of "Fortuna 1, 5, and 69" it's 1 Rotation, 2 Rotations, 3, 4, or No Commitment (Endless).
