don't worry, they will be crap; the Silva & Aegis and Javlok prove the first of anything = good idea, bad execution. I imagine them as either weak crit weapons or weak but with high chance of slash proc. hardly any base damage but fairly quick and short-range.

but hey, we can cosplay Kitana from Mortal Kombat, so that's something I suppose.

True. It's a pity... I hope that it'll follow in the veins of the Ferrox and Hema in being good... It's a pity... the cool weapons don't work well. Like this last pistol they just released...

alot of these ideas are great for sure. but the latron changes (all varaiants)...one version is crit focused while the other version is status focused, i forget which one off hand as i only have prime and wraith variants.....so why so much focus on a crit stats that falls off on anything not over level 40...

as for snipers, i kind of hope we eventually get one that is SLASH focused, we have way too many that are impact or Puncture....kind of think the Rubico (that was the tenno one right?) could be changed to slash focus...as that would be good for your proposed crit increase.

Latron wraith is crit, latron prime is status.

Considering Latron Wraith and Latron Prime fire rate currently, none need over 35% crit. With 40% base crit chance Wraith would sit at a modded 100% and slotting in Argon would make it red crit as much as a bow. Soma P and Dex Sybaris have 30% and 35% and I think that's all the Wraith would need. They can still red crit, but you have to work more for it and they don't red crit as much as Dread or Paris Prime.

I think Latron Prime would do better with a 30% status and 20% crit buff. Still, I use both Latron's and they seem fine to me. Snipers could use some QoL buffs definitely.

^This <3 I would love that Latron Prime change. It's one of my two favorite primaries in game (other being the Zhuge) but the 30% status and 20% crit would be wonderous with my current hybrid build.

  3. Octavia needs more of everything... Personally I hate the way that the mandachord UI is. To have to constantly rotate it is ridiculous, and as a long time user of step sequencers and other music production software (It's what I'm going to college for! [Songwriting + Production with an emphasis in Music business]) it's completely unusable. This frustrated me, because her concept got me so excited. Also there's no full octaves. It's not a full octave... My OCD over that alone causes me to be unable to play her, which annoys me :(

  4. I'll preface this by saying I love the azima. It's a fun weapon, and I enjoy the secondary fire. Trapping enemies in a hall and popping it right there is so much fun. However, as we get into higher levels, it isn't really viable. I'm talking mainly about crit and status. I know it's a reward for 100 days logged in but I had hoped it would be better for what it's supposed to be. I'm no authority on weapon changes and such, I've only been playing the game for a year. I would love this weapon to be better but I'm not sure what it would benefit from. It's high rate of fire could make it status viable, however the ammo economy isn't that great.

Warning: This may come across as a little harsh, but that's to expect when you are hoping for a good and helpful rework from professional developers...

So, Renewal. Well, that's a nice tiny little step in the right direction, but what about Renewal's weird inverse duration which interferes with its bleedout extension and augment?

Or that Hallowed Ground is a very weak defensive ability, with neither good enough DR for allies nor good enough CC for enemies (although Radiation procs might help)?

    The extreme radiation-proc overlap?

    The overuse of forced synergies?

The passive being changed from situational into a pidgeonholing one (which you haven't even mentioned btw)?

Are you guys really content with THAT?

^This. Since he's finally getting reworked, he needs to get reworked. Synergies aren't everything.

Could we like, please make Banshee a bit tankier. She dies WAYY TOO EASILY. And I move around a lot, too. But I am not in the damn Matrix, I can't dodge every single bullet. A a stray bullet in endgame can be enough to kill me.

What I suggest would be that we could increase the armor a bit more. And maybe the Silence ability could be a bit more spammable. Thank you

I suggest the resonance augment for silence, go low duration high efficiency (I suggest Fleeting Expertise) as well as high range. This keeps most enemies on lockdown so that they can't shoot at you. That way you can keep spamming silence while occasionally refreshing your silence for higher damage buffs. Someone gets too close, use sonic boom for a quick get-out-of jail free card.

One word: Naramon. You don't need tankiness if you never get hit once. I play Banshee all the time and I can say for a matter of fact that if you're in team play, probably go for either a savage Banshee build or a R. Quake build, not that the sonar build isn't bad, but I find people don't like hitting the special spots in public play. What would I do for solo play? First get Shadow Step in the Naramon tree, its vital for a Banshee in my opinion all glass cannons could use Naramon to get out of a sticky situation. Next work for the Sonar build by getting Resonance, which is the augment for it. Then get a crit Atterax with Berserker, Primed Reach, which really helps, Buzz Kill or Jagged Edge, Pressure Point, Fury, Primed if possible Organ Shatter, Body Count, and Blood Rush. That's the build I personally use. With all maxed, it takes 3-4 Forma so its not exactly cheap, but it is insanely powerful. Pair that with damage MULTIPLICATION and invisibility on crit hits, to which Blood Rush says I can make all weapons red crit given time, you have insane damage, survivability, and an over all good frame at work. Would I recommend this to a newcomer? Oh hell no, I would recommend Inaros, Rhino, or any tanky frames because they probably won't be getting the hang of avoiding combat starting out. For a veteran player or a mildly skilled player? Sure, just remember, there are a LOT of people who can play her really well, given you have the mods for her. So focus on getting the mods then experiment and see how she plays. If you like how she plays, great! If you don't, still great! It means you can experiment with more Warframes to see what you can be good at to benefit a team or just solo play. Banshee can fit both the supportive and offensive category, well offense by support is more correct. This is one of the only frames that can give such a high damage multiplier, excluding invisibility frames. The only other one I can think of being Octavia, Valkyr, I think Titania but not as great as 10x damage, which Banshee CAN get up to, but range is pretty nice and I put it above damage, as it'll still be multiplying damage. Point being: Banshee is one of the top damage dealing frames hands down, although she more does it by buffing herself and teammates by debuffing and rewarding marksmanship. Her drawback being she can be oneshot by level 1 anythings. All jokes aside she definitely benefits from Naramon, and as Atterax can hit her Sonar procs, and do insane amounts of damage in the process, easily over 1,000,000, she can't take the damage herself, but Naramon negates that for targeting so long as you have a constant stream of enemies by you. If you want tanky Warframes, people would say Nidus, and he is definitely the best scaling and does insane damage, but the best tank per say would be Wukong, as he has longer invincibility, and doesn't have to worry about casting any other abilities except for his second and sometimes fourth ability. And he can survive longer than a Nidus under the same circumstances, i.e. oneshot circumstances. But point being, they needed a drawback to her, she isn't S#&$ because she can't stay alive past level 5, she's amazing because she can kill level 500's as easily as if they were level 5's.

    ^This

I would add relentless combination to the atterax build if possible, if you don't have blood rush like me. On weapons like the Atterax and galatine P it's absolutely beastly.

So, as you know, some weapons kick a LOT. For instance, the lex (prime), latrons, pandero, etc. But this isn't natural, at least the WAY they kick isn't. For the pistols that kick, DON'T HAVE THE WHOLE SCREEN MOVE so much. I get it, it's for the illusion that your vision is slightly disturbed by the weapon's kick. But looking at some games like Heroes and Generals, they accomplish this by having the GUN move up mostly, not the entire screen. Also, some weapons such as the latron shouldn't have that much vertical recoil, it should kick back instead and get a little horizontal recoil. It should be comparable, if not even more controllable, to, say, the soma or the stradavar. Just my thoughts, post down below. I think these weapons need a bit of a recoil rework, they aren't too enjoyable and they're nauseating.

Also, Oberon isn't as bad as you guys make him seem. Don't specialize his build, use rage vitality and steel fiber, and spam his 4th and 3rd (and 2nd if procs are a thing).

I agree with everything up to the Oberon bit. He'll be good after his rework. I agree though, with those pistols in particular, accuracy is everything, and the amount of kick literally gave me a headache during one survival and I had to extract. (Lex P)

  9. I can't decide... My top used frame and favorite is probably Nezha. He's a fun frame to play and I enjoy his versatility. Borderline invulnerability is a great thing to have when you're fast and flimsy. Banshee is amazing, no need to say anything else. I just built Nova and am having a blast with her as well. However, top three are definitely going to be Nezha, Banshee, and Ivara for me. Ivara makes everything a cakewalk. I do love Mesa and Volt as well. Nyx too. I do tend to like CC frames... I really want Titania for that reason haha

I'm putting my money on Oberon.

She won't be next. MMFF, and we're on our first M, so not for at least 6 months unless they change the schedule.

I think it'll be Oberon or Limbo. Most likely Oberon, due to his upcoming changes, but I'm not sure. Limbo Prime would be very dapper <3

Mesa's last change to her Peacemaker made her play style more challenging, you sometimes have to spin the mouse around really fast to target enemies and makes me at least feel motion sickness. I really don't mind the play style, Mesa is tons of fun to play. So maybe her first ability could see some type of change? Ive never seem to use it, normally i would pop 4th ability on some lap pole. It would be nice to have Ballistic Battery to complement her Peacemaker in some way.

Ballistic Battery could scan Mesa surroundings, opening up enemies to weaknesses for me and allies, even highlighting enemies to Mesa for easier Peacemaker play. Or maybe Ballistic Battery is fine the way it is?

The change you're proposing right now is Banshee's 2nd ability, Sonar:

USING ACOUSTIC LOCATION, BANSHEE'S SONAR POWER FINDS AND TRACKS ENEMIES, AND EXPOSES CRITICAL WEAK SPOTS TO EVERYONE IN YOUR SQUAD. (This is the description from the official banshee page)

I like ballistic battery when used with high power rifles or snipers, taking down highly armored targets is easier then. It's fine. It's a first ability after all.

Heres a new primary idea in the same vein as octavia.

    1) Main fire - sounds out percussion line

    2) Alt fire - sounds out main instrument

    3) Charge main fire - big guitar power cord.

The vertical angle of your fire determines the note being played.. deeper ones for aiming down, higher notes for aiming upwards.

I'm not a fan... it sounds too complicated. Especially with three fire modes... Also she already has the Tenora, and if a weapon like that is introduced there would probably be problems with syncing up the firing to the song itself, leading to disjointed music and annoying octavia players.

  13. Hi! I'm currently attempting to complete the uranus junction to get to neptune (And so I can FINALLY do the Second Dream) however, the past few times I've played sabotage on uranus, I find the caches, and the mission bugs, not saving my progress on the mission and therefore cheating me out of the junction. Help?

I did not read all of the pages, so apologies if this has been addressed but...

You realize that most of the weapons in this list are all Primaries? I would be quite annoyed with DE if they gave us a secondary as strong as the Tigris Prime... It would be needlessly overpowered.

Innate punch through would be nice though.

I do encourage you to post, but when you do, please think and formulate your topic. I see that most of what happened here is that you are trying to compare Apples to Cars, and people are calling you out on it.

    Have fun =).

Also, NEVER underestimate utility mods. I have a utility Opticor Riven (One damage stat, three utility - I got -zoom =D).. It outperforms my raw damage rivens hands down. This is because I can fire 3x the shots in the same amount of time, and reload twice as fast.

    This

  15. I suggest you put a full leveled suppress on the Euphona, take Ivara, and go to Draco with a Dread and an Atterax, and try just camping out in a condensed place where you can keep the enemies contained and coming. This weapon is fine the way it is, it takes more skill to use, specifically with which fire mode and your ammo consumption. This is a great weapon for frames with stealth or stun mechanics, because of its insane burst dps. And hey, if it really just is not your favorite thing in the world, go back to Lex Prime, Aklex Prime, or give the Pandero a try.

I Actually like Nezha a lot (30% used, the most of my frames). I'm using Nezha as a mobile DPS with a little crowd control. I found a good synergy with Nezha's mobility, the suicidal potential of the Zarr and the firewalk as it allow Nezha to go in and out battle freely with the Zarr.

But since I played Nezha, I've noticed some more problems about his gameplay :

    1. His modding, first : in any way you'll played it (CC or power strength), you'll be forced to balance his abilities as they all played with Range, Strength and Duration (except warding halo for this one). With that, you can't freely mod Nezha as a mobile tank or CC.

    2. The amount of armor : Nezha's base armor is 175, just after Rhino's 190. Although this works with warding Halo, it is successively too high and too low :
    - too high considering Nezha's base health (75) which makes him NOT tanky.
    - too low with Warding Halo 'cause for upgrading warding halo, you'll need to upgrade Power strength and armor, which you'll have to balance with other mod so you're too limited to mod it (vicious circle, without bad puns).

    3. The Warding Halo : This ability is quite sympathetic at first sight - no knock-down, no status, almost invulnerable, however, this ability is not meant to be used as a tank but as a protection -
... But it's characteristic... The ring is based on armor (see point 2) and power strengh, which both aren't useless in HL mission with Nezha or CC. It'd be more logic than warding Halo is based on duration and strength than armor, this would help a lot for modding.

This is really true. Nezha is my favorite because he's so fast and powerful. Against the infested he's pretty much invincible. I will agree that modding him is a pain. I've sacrificed duration for higher efficiency for spamming Divine Spears and keeping firewalker up as long as possible. The amount of armor and Nezha's base health do factor into this. It's too low, and really hard. I just have no redirection, vitality, or vigor on him for the sole purpose of keeping everything else up. Armored Agility keeps up warding halo and mobility due to this. However, I do prefer having it not affected by duration. Having to recast it so often would be annoying personally for my playstyle, which is highly based on how often I use the abilities.
