1. It needs to be 128x128 PNG when you upload it. The uploader doesn't scale anything.
2. You can make it with crayons and a flatbed scanner if you want, as long as the image you upload is a 128x128 PNG file. I think downscaling the image before upload is pretty much standard procedure since 128x128 is really tiny.
3. It's actually pretty hard to see any sort of pixelation on mine. I don't know how they manage it, but I need to get the camera really close to my frame's shoulder before I begin to see any sort of compression artifacts. On things like dojo banners and at normal in-game viewing ranges, it looks perfectly fine.
4. I haven't noticed the image being mirrored on banners. I think it's actually applied to each side as-is rather than just being stuck onto one side and showing through the other side from behind.
5. Can't help you with that one. I had a friend who knows graphics design make mine.

Been playing for two years. In all that time I've gotten six Dreads, one Despair, and countless Molten Impacts and Heavy Impacts. At this point, all I want is his sigil.
-
I've heard that helmet argument before, but I just don't see it. It sounds like some folks are just projecting.

All I'm saying is, there had better be at least one potato recipe entry.
I'd enter one myself, but I'm not going to be near a kitchen until the end of the month. Yes, really.

it could easily be on a higher or lower level, most times different floors will not show up on the minimap unless you're actually on that floor.. note the 2 doorlocks you need to interact with.
their orientation suggests a room on both sides
edit:
dem paintskillz yo
If the loot was on a higher or lower level, there would be an arrow next to the loot symbol pointing up or down. If there's no arrow, the loot is within a meter or two of your current elevation. Notice the difference between the loot that's apparently in space compared to the loot symbols just past the yellow target marker. The latter has downward-pointing arrows showing they're lower than where I'm standing.

This happened on Earth, IIRC. I was down one of the tunnels and Drahk kept spawning in apparently out of thin air. Eventually I spotted one climbing out of the rocks on the side of the tunnel. My Carrier started blasting away at this rock here, apparently sensing the Drahk Master who had somehow spawned under the tunnel. Carrier couldn't hit him, I had to jump-slam with my Kestrel to kill him.

Found these lockers in a dead-end corner of the asteroid tileset. I jumped over there and found several that showed green instead of red but they wouldn't open.

I was running with Thief's Wit equipped. Note the position of the icons in the minimap compared to where I'm standing. I've seen this kind of thing before but this is the first time I could get a screenshot of it that was bulletproof.

Synoid should be mod pickups, since they want Cephalon Suda to be about gaining knowledge.
-
Just get some Grineer to aggro on you and lead them over there. Bombards start spawning after 10 minutes on Apollodorus, some splash damage will take care of them nicely.

could you people stop saying this. when was the last time you got stealth kills on interception/defense/survival/hive?
I have gotten stealth kills in survivals, even in Infested missions, when I'm running around with my melee out. Granted it's difficult, but still doable. Now if only the Orthos Prime stealth attack had a faster windup...

Scan missions are coming, relax.
So you think it'll be OK because my Synoid syandana will do its thing in one specific type of side mission (because my Codex is nearly complete), while the other five syndicate syandanas all work in every single mission ever?
-
Telos, Sancti, Secura, Asita Rakta, and Vaykor syandanas all glow for stuff Tenno do in every single mission. In any mission you do, you'll have the opportunity to kill enemies, use abilities, pick up credits, do stealth kills (even if it can be tough at times), and take damage.Only the Synoid syandana relies on a game mechanic that has a limited number of uses. Once you scan something, that's one less scan you can do of it. Once you get the Codex-required number of scans for a particular thing, you can't scan it anymore. That means your Synoid syandana will glow less and less over time until eventually it'll just sit there while all the other syndicate syandanas continue to glow and bloom. It also means that veteran players who have been diligently scanning things (like me) are actually being penalized for their industry.Come on, DE. This seems like a pretty obvious problem. Did nobody there see this as an issue? I know this is just a cosmetic item and you're trying to stick close to the lore, but why should I bother with this when it just won't look as good as the others?
-
Synoid Syandana: the problem for players like me is that I have almost everything scanned so practically the glow never triggers for me. Either change it to correspond to how complete your Codex is or something else. Right now, the Syandana is very dissapointing.
This this this. Every other syandana only requires events that can happen in any and every mission, but there's very little left in my codex that needs scanning so the opportunities to scan something I don't have yet hardly ever happen.

I've run it four times so far and gotten a helmet every single time.

For the umpteenth time, the game has reset all my progress in the Cheater of Death, Cryptographer, and The Camera Adds 10 Pounds challenges. If DE wants to work on "quality of life" this year, that seems like it'd be a great thing to add to the list because I've been playing for over two years now and this is ridiculous.

Fixed an issue where queuing up an air attack and then landing before the air attack started, would stop all melee action until you finish holstering.

Will Kubrows get some love anytime soon? The three big things I've seen people give for reasons why they don't like them are the Kubrow AI that parks them right in the way of your shots, the inability to give them basic commands like "stay", and the stasis mechanic that costs either 10 plat to rush or a 3-hour wait. Imagine if you had to wait three hours to switch warframes. How much of a barrier to play would that be?
-
Pretty sure it's impossible to copy text if you don't have the font installed on your computer.
-
- Players will now be disqualified from end-of-mission rewards if they've been dead or AFK for over a minute. This will not affect players that are waiting at extraction.
S#&$ just got real.

Just poking my head in here to see if the spacing issues have been resolved yet. :)

You do know that you could've permanently purchased an item? Renting was just to try an item out before you made the purchase.
I knew that, yeah. I don't remember the particulars, just that the pricing schemes really rubbed me the wrong way. Also, that F2P schemes like that tend to end up as P2W in PvP games, whereas with PvE games like Warframe they're a lot less imbalancing.
-
I played a lot of BLR back in the day. I really liked the customization options and the levels and game modes were fun, but their F2P monetization model was HORRIBLE. I quit playing a few levels into it because the idea of renting weapons really rubbed me the wrong way.

+1
I reported this too a couple weeks ago. Still nada.

Ditto. Usually what I'll have to do for this stuff is set off the alarms (the regular alarm, not the alarm that destroys the data or kills the captive) and then stand way back and wait for the enemy to kill the syndicate operatives. Sad.
