Just came back and i am confused as hell, what happend to the void keys and what is endo fusion? Why is there a percentage on valkyr's hysteria and are there are changes to valkyr in the past few months. Whats the meta now? does melee and melee mods affect valkyr hysteria anymore and how do i build her and the melee for maximum damage. Thanks in advance

    Info Dump time.. :D

Void keys Have been removed and replaced with Relics. Rewards from these Relics can be obtained by running a Fissure Mission (Seen in Navigation as the Helix-like shape) of the appropriate tier, or Era rather. These function exactly like normal mission, but with Fissures that spawn in an corrupt nearby enemies or spawn Corrupted enemies from the Void. Corrupted enemies, spawned or mutated, can drop Reactant, you need 10 of these to get a reward at the end of the mission. At the end of the the mission, you are shown everyone's reward from their key AND you get to pick with of the up to 4 rewards you want to take with you. If you reward is chosen you receive extra Void Traces.

Now, To explain those Void traces a little, they are acquired upon collecting 10 reactant, and are used to modify the drop rates of the Relics. As mentioned before you can also get them from someone picking your reward as well. The one gotten from Reactant are affected by Resource Boosters and drop in amounts of 6 - 30. You can use these to Upgrade a Realic up to Radiant, which gives the highest chance possible for the Rarest drop of the Relic (the one listed last, they are in order by rarity). You can use this system by access the Void Relic station to the right of your arsenal, before heading down to the lowest level of your Orbiter (Ship).

Valkyr's Hysteria has been tweak a little. There is now an every cost ramp-up the longer it is active, this is that percentage you seen. Other than that, no other real significant changes have occurred to her. Melee mods still affect Hysteria, but not the weapon itself. You are free to use what ever one suits your fancy.

As for building her, There's the Warcry Melee Build, which is the more tanky of the two builds used for her. This uses Vitality, Steel Fiber, Eternal War and Rage alongside a strong Crit melee weapon to deal high DPS. This weapon usually tends to make use of two more recent mods (Blood Rush and Body Count) to reach a point where you red crit constantly for that insane DPS. It also uses the other typical crit mods like Berserker, True Steel and Organ Shatter alongside the usual base damage increases.

The other is the Hysteria Build, which heavily relies on Energy to stay alive. This build does use Vitality Typically, since you don't want to keep Hysteria Active 100% of the time any more, you do want to toggle it off now and again to reset the energy ramp-up. This build typically drops Rage and Steel Fiber for things like Primed Flow  and extra duration/strength. Whichever of these two builds you use is entirely up to you, they can both be just as effective.

Hopefully this was able to answer your questions fully. Also welcome back :)

  2. Okay, so after Forma and releveling Titania for the fourth time, I think I have more then enough playtime with her to give fair enough feedback.

Let me start with her passive. The bonus doesn't really feel noticeable enough, so I feel a small bump up, maybe from the current 25% to 35% or 40% would be reasonable. Right now, it just doesn't feel useful enough unless combined with Mobilize or a similar mod.

Spellbind: It's definitely unique, but considering it's single target CC, which sends an enemy way into the air, it's usefulness is limited. The best function it has is the status immunity, which can be absolutely amazing when fighting Grineer or Infested, since Toxin and Slash Procs can ignore shields and damage your health.

If the CC factor was a little better it might be a bit more useful. Or if it pushed them in the air a meaningful amount, like high enough for an Eximi Aura, or the Aura of an ancient lose effectiveness it could be a little more effective, but not overpowered for a first ability.

Tribute: The only real problem I have with this is the apparent lack of scaling. Even with Duration or power Strength mods, the buffs do not indicate they last longer, nor are they shown stronger. It just confuses me honestly, why they don't seem to have any scaling, other than stacking.

Aside from this, the only problem I have is there's no clue as what any of the buffs actually do or provide. There needs to be some accessible list somewhere without having to resort to using any info from the Wiki for it, because that's typically datamined info.  Like even on the Ability page from the Arsenal, a button there that can bring up a list of buffs would be nice. Or even one Accessible similar to melee Combo list while in mission. The only Buff that is reasonably discernable is "Thorns", which tends to imply damage reflect, but it's even hard to say if that what it does.

Lantern: I Didn't use this skill a ton, but it seems like it can be both a good source of CC and some moderate damage. Its range does seem quite limited, even at max level. I think it'd be in a decent spot with a small base range increase

Razorwing: This is by far one of the most fun abilties in her kit. It can be really strong or really weak depending on modding. The Energy Drain is pretty reasonable, considering it has some other downsides that make up for it.

It's also nice that her other abilties are still usable, but they don't really have enough interaction It feels like. It may be worth considering giving a damage increase to Spellbound enemies to give that ability more practicality, and to give her some extra synergy.

One of the previously referred to downsides is her lack of mobility while using the ability.  I get that Parkour should be faster, but she can barely keep up with a sprinting player even while sprinting herself while Razorwing is active. I'm fine with this, but I still felt it needed to be mentioned.

The biggest criticism I have for the ability is that there's no benefit to using the Melee weapon form at all. It doesn't offer extra damage, multi-target capabilities (from what I could tell, I might not have paid close enough attention.) or anything that makes it worth using over the 'Dex Pixi' (gun form). The only discernible advantage the melee gets is the fact that melee stances make it easier to mod up a melee weapon compared to a Primary, which can take 4+ forma to try to optimize the damage of the weapon provided by the ability.

One other small QoL change this ability REALLY needs is some form of vacuum. Similar to AW. Having to fly along the ground for drops seems like it defeats the purpose of the ability.

    ---

Overall, I think Titania is a great frame and well worth picking up for any player. Her ability kit is pretty good, and her unique "ultimate" really sells her fantasy in terms of character design.

The only other problem she has that should be looked into the the amount of clipping issue her wings/boosters or whatever they are have with most Syandanas. There's far too many.

For what it's worth, the Mara Detron isn't available from Baro. It was for an hour or two but wasn't supposed to so was quickly removed.

Actually... He basically has two weeks of inventory atm, because of an error.

Like.. you're not required to wear it at all times. It's just more or less desired of us to wear in the relay so that new players can use them to locate us. As of right now, the sigils are all we have. That is all we have to identify us. Any sort of head marker or profile indicator would be nice, but right now, we don't have that, so we use the sigil.

    vjvEpln.png

It's not an ugly sigil, except for the fact that DE really screwed up the brightness levels with the recent updates so it now looks like a black blob, but still. If a sigil is really going to be a dealbreaker for you while you're in a relay doing what a Guide does, which is helping people, then perhaps you might want to reconsider which is more important, and I don't mean that condescendingly. Just decide which aspect of Warframe you would prefer in the long run: helping, or FashionFrame. Bother are super great.

Just know that when I'm doing missions, or when I'm just sitting in region chat, I'll use whatever colours I want, with or without the sigil. I just make sure that it's equipped when I go to the relays with the intention of helping people.

Now, as a Guide, you're not required to be Guiding at all times. You are always 100% free to go to the relay in whatever you want just to hang out -- it's why I visit NA-E often, to see my friends there. I never have the sigil on when I visit, because I'm not there to Guide, I'm just there to kick back.

Just think on it a little. <3

    This right here.

Guides have no one thing they absolutely have to do. You're not limited to cosmetics, or appearance in any way. As Telluric said, we only tend to wear the Sigil because it's our only physical identifier.

Also as they said, you're not required to overcommit to your duties. You can guide as much or as little as you'd like.

    First: (The Forum Community)

Its well known that MANY Players AVOID the Forums..  Even many famous People said that the warframe-forums is a place that sucks..
So you DE started many polls about weapons / Augment mods/ Future Content... and so on..
BUT because of the fact that many Players avoid the Forums, you will never get a good accord..Feedback ...
because a specific Group of Players is presented on Forums.. and after their decisions you simply add (to the game) or change things in the game that other Player ..
or maybe most Players just hate .. And THAT is the reason why you loose Player...

You want an answer to questions from every active Player?? Then send Messages to their ingame-message-box .. and then they simply vote for something INGAME.

I don't think anyone actively avoids the forums. If they do, it more than likely because someone else gave it a bad reputation and haven't checked for themselves.

They don't base all opinions on just those in Design Council, they take feed back from the Feedback section as well, though it's a bit less obvious.

    Second: (Tennogen and consoles)
Tennogen will be avaible for platinum on consoles.

    Facts:
-Platinum can be archieved without paying anything.
    -PC-Players must pay cash!
-Console Players can pay their Skin with plat.. So their Prime Access is more worthy and we (PC-Player) need to pay extra cash to get both!

    Exclusive Skins on Consoles:

They have multiple packs of exclusive NOT OVERPRICED Skins.. PC NOT..
PC.. i mean Steam Market has non-stable value limited Edition Skins... .

    Current Steam Skin Price List:
    -Rubedo Skin Rhino (0,50$)
    -Rubedo Yamako Syandana (1,33$)
    -Rubedo Galatine (3,99$)
    -Rubedo Drakgoon (11,75$)
    -Rubedo Viper (88,70$)
    -Phased Vauban (2,33$)
    -Phased Asa Syandana (1,00$)
    -Phased Vasto (1,91$)
    -Phased Ak-Vasto (9,12$)
    -Phased Tigris (110,00$)
-Phased Ankyros (Not avaible at the Moment.. it´s so rare.. it has a value of 200++$)

    Fact:
Tennogen will be avaible on console with a plat Advantage and pc will remain as it is .. without any stable Price exclusive only pc-skin-series for the whole pc-playerbase!

(and no ,you (console palyers) and everyone else had the chance by knowing the game to get your Hands on the very high priced Founders Pack.. And no. everyone can buy a better Performance on pc for the same Money as for a console ... And console warframe only exist because many grandmaster founders saved the game before it was going to be bankrupt.)
Btw: Thats an other Topic and my opinion on this was "re-release it for Money and  give founders another exclusive rewards like cosmetic
..but thats not the Point in this Topic and will not be discussed!

Tennogen skins are available on Console for Plat, because of the fact consoles are not tied to Steam. The reason PC player do have to pay cash, is so the players that worked hard to create the skin, get their fair share out of it. All of those that sell, they get 30%. Which they can do as they want with, just about. Console however, have no Steam access, thus they are up for platinum. Legal obligations and what not.

As for the Steam Skins, Those Prices are set by the community, not DE. Because it;s the Steam market, people can price it however they feel it's worth. As for the Console getting "exclusive" skins. We have our own as well. Just because they cost more because of rarity or whatever, doesn't make them less exclusive. Another thing with them, is that if you worked for the event, you could have pretty much casually gotten them by filling your steam library during a sale.

    Third: (Founders got tricked)

Thats what you (DE) basically do (and what i feel and why im disappointed... and will probably not continue to Support you):

    WEiOSMl.jpg

    Fact´s:

-We payed for the design council!
-We did not get an excuse or exclusive replacement!
-CB Players are going to get a replacement for their gear!
-Lato Prime is WEAKER than Lato Vandal!
-Skana Prime is WEAKER than Prisma Skana!
-And everything will/received a replacement for an "exclusive" and "worthy" Founder Pack.

As someone before me stated, DC access was never exclusive. As such no replacement is actually necessary.

Lato and Skana Prime are weaker than a lot of things to be fair. Why you choose to just compare it to a variation of themselves is beyond me.

As for everything getting replaced.. Yeah it probably will happen. But it;s bound to. They can't just shove a weapon or set of weapons aside just because a Founder bought them. The game is being continually developed, so you can always expect something better to come along. It's not like as a founder you can't use any of it, in fact you can use all of it

And regarding a system to make weapons better it already Exists. Forma. If you Forma something, it's bound to be stronger than something that's not forma'd. This is true on almost all accounts.

So I hope I at least helped with providing a little clarity with some of the things you've identified as issues.

Hey, I like your name. Any chance it's related to the celebrity? and also, what planet are these survivals held at, if I may ask?

RWBY. The drones you need for the Natah Quest only spawn in Uranus mission, specifically the Sealab (Submersible) Tileset.

  7. If you've recently picked up the game, I HIGHLY recommend picking up a fair amount of weapon and warframe slots. These are infinitely useful as if you find any weapon you like, you can keep them without worrying about having to drop them in favor for levelling something new.

An optional second priority, would be to pick up the Carrier Sentinel. It will keep you from missing resources and other drops that you might accidentally miss. It's Vacuum ability is helpful to everyone, and would be beneficial for a new player in general.

After slots, the next best thing would be cosmetics, like Skins, Syandanas and such. Avoid Buying alternate helmets that aren't Tennogen Helmets. All of the non-Tennogen helmets are in the alert rotation, allowing you to get them for free at a slower rate, if you're not in a rush.

Also worth mentioning, once you get farther in and can start collecting prime parts and some rare mods, you can also trade for platinum.

Yeah but didn't they state it'd be out along with that relic update?

    Oh well...

Maybe it was planned for then and they found and issue or bug with it, so they just pushed it back to accompany the release of his Prime?

A lot of the older frames have been getting small touch up before, with, or shortly after their primes or unique skins.

  9. 2 minutes ago, Trichouette said:

Yeah and if you stay away from the bubble but in the rift, you can just kill them and they can't do anything about it.

Just because you're using the warframe the wrong way that doesn't mean the warframe is bad.

I see a lot of people asking for it and yet i'm still against this idea...

Banish more people with his first ability means that he'll have to deal with all of them and if he can't... ded.

At low / mid / high level it's okay, but in sortie missions where downed finisher don't one-shot, might be hard (or still one-shot but you have many of them to deal with and they'll just get up and beat you up..)

That's why I think a small Aoe would work, like small enough to where they'd have to be right next to each other. Not like Cataclysm size. It's enough to where you can banish single targets, but if they're clumped  close enough to save ammo with say a bow, I don't see a downside to it really.

But I do understand your point though, It could prove to cause some difficulty in Sorties, but in general most people only kill what they have to there, so idk.

(I accidentally deleted Limbo, just asked Warframe support to give him back to me, )

Anyways, Limbo. He can do pretty much anything, while simultaneously, nothing.

    Exterminate- Worthless (Without team mates.)

    Defense- Worthless

Survival-Nope. (Other frames are better since they don't have to fiddle with the void to kill things)

    Suggestions?

Limbo is actually great for exterminate. You can stay in vulnerable and take out enemies by either prioritizing enemies one at a time with banish or make use of Rift Surge, Cataclysm and an AoE weapon to nuke large groups/clusters. Same applies to Survival in most cases. Not to mention, Warframe powers ignore the Rift mechanic completely. So your allies could be invulnerable while they spam skills to kill things.

For defense, as someone said, you can use cataclysm to make the objective invulnerable.

Limbo does need some tweaks, I can agree but only minor ones really. His first ability is fine, might bet better if it was banish a target and targets within say 3m or something, just a really small aoe effect, like Ember's Fireball.

If you add power strength, being able to do ~700% extra damage with ANY weapon is incredible. Rift Walk, Rift Surge, Catacylsm a large cluster of enemies, Fire a Tonkor or AoE weapon of choice, enjoy the big numbers. Not to mention, this boost can also apply to effects such as those from augments like Shock Trooper, which add additional elemental damage to a weapon.

There's a lot of potential for Limbo to be really useful in all situations. It really comes down to various synergies and use of communication to make them work.

Hello, everyone! I started playing this game about 3 weeks ago and it has been very enjoyable for the most part (darn it, RNG!). So far I have acquired Trinity, Nova Prime and Frost. But I need some help choosing my next frame. Still having trouble making a decision. I only have one open slot left due to the lack of platinum to buy anymore so I have to decide between Volt Prime, Wukong, and Loki. So for those who know about the capabilities of any of these frames, I would like to hear what you like or dislike about the frames. Which one stands out from the three? I do plan to get these 3 eventually but just curious about what I should pick for my next frame. Anyways, looking forward to reading what you all have to say. Have fun out there and get Clem!

Volt is a Pretty well rounded frame, capable of dealing decent damage and keeping himself and allies protected. He's a great Jack of All Trades frame, which is probably why he's an option as a starter. The Prime just has some increased stats, most notably armor. I haven't touched him much since his rework, but I do know it made him better in all aspects :)

Wukong, when modded to a fair extent, with Health, Armor and Duration, becomes a virtually unkillable tank. Even if you lack the mods, or don't have them ranked, he's got a ton of survivability when you get Defy.

As for Loki, he can be a bit tricky, he's not nearly as easy to survive with until he gets his Invisibility skill. With duration, he becomes an incredibly stealthy frame. If you opt for range instead of duration, he can be a mass crowd control machine by limited enemies to melee combat, which is a great defensive tool against heavy units with hard hitting weapons like Napalms and Bombards.

Out of the three, I'd personally recommend Volt, Simply because he's well-rounded in terms of what he can do and doesn't require much for mods to do it. The other frames typically require some harder to acquire mods (Namely ones from Orokin Derelict Vaults, referred to as corrupted mods.) Volt doesn't have as much need, or really any to make his abilties do what they need to do.

  12. Most of those weapons come from the market or Dojo labs. Simulor is an exception, coming from Cephalon SImaris in the relay. Grakk? I assume you mean Brakk, that drops from the Grustrag Three. Some of the melees, like the Pangolin Sword are Alert only.

Out ALL weapons, not just your list: Only Prime Weapon Parts/BPs, Most weapons that drop in parts [BrokenWar, Brakk, Detron and War are exceptions to this]

  13. I think it's pretty much a 50/50 Both weapons are capable of using Shattering Impact, which would be helpful, since both are crit weapons capable of higher than normal attack speed through berserker. The Armor Shredding of SI is pretty good for fast weapons.

I don't have much experience with War, but I know the Scindo Prime is really strong with a crit build. But you could probably use whichever weapon you like more.

  14. It's definitely alright, it doesn't work 100% of the time as it should though. It scales pretty well with a Covert Lethality Dagger as well. Provided you can soak a little damage. Realistically you can use any weapon you want, just not all of them have finishers for all enemy types.

This mod can basically have to ways of operating, regular finisher that scale based on your weapon and combo, or the previously mentioned CL Dagger. Both work perfectly fine.
