I'll admit, watching a swarm of Buzlok rounds take like 10 seconds to reach a Bolkor on the Plains is hilarious, but it gets far less funny when the thing is actually returning hitscan fire while the projectiles are slowly crawling towards it.

Oh, so I not the only one to try this! Yeah, poor old Buzlok needs some love...

use harrow more, when you use or play a mission with someone else's harrow you get a chance...probably an increasing chance till it happens, that it'll show. my first showing took like 2 months after the quest dropped cause i didnt play harrow much after leveling him and i didnt encounter him much.

EDIT: i have no proof of this, this is simply my observations and hearsay from around the community

Using Harrow is not a requirement. I don't even have all parts for Harrow and I already had 3 "Hey Kiddo" moments after completing the Harrow quest about 3 months ago.

Leechers are a long-known "problem" in warframe. Ultimately, it's hardly more than an annoyance and is rather hard to track automatically reliably, especially so in PoE. If you feel strongly about this, report leechers(though leeching is not a ToC breach so this wouldn't get them banned or anything) and consider friends-only, invite-only or solo play.

To start, please bear in mind that I am a fairly new player of Warframe & so I may not have completely grasped the full mechanics of the game yet.

Ok, can someone explain to me why there is such a drastic imbalance between Corpus & Grineer Spy Missions?!

What I mean is this; You can play a spy mission of equal level for both Corpus & Grineer and yet the Grineer mission is a cake walk in comparison to the Corpus, which is like trying to break into Fort Knox!!

Example; I can run a Grineer spy mission, listed as lvl. 35-40, without even having to concentrate and yet at the same time, I can run a lvl. 20-25 Corpus spy mission and then suddenly, it's like I need to be Tom Cruise in a scene from Mission: Impossible!! Now I understand that the Corpus faction is more geared towards tech and so there would naturally be a distinct difficulty difference but, the difference is more than a little ridiculous.

Oh & not being able to use ciphers in Nightmare Mode is just stupid!! Which makes me wonder about this quote from Trivia section of Warframe Wiki's page on ciphers; 'Using a Cipher is the only way to not trigger the intrusion detection on complex Corpus consoles.' So does this mean that high level Nightmare Trials involving Corpus spy missions are impossible because you can't use a cipher but, according to the quote, using one is the only way to NOT trigger the intrusion detection?? .....What??! This is highly confusing!

Can you explain what exactly is making corpus spy missions hard? Is it tile layout? Particular enemies? Hazards(laser beams etc)? Hacking puzzles?

use nyx with assimlate augment to guard your booty
    hack terminal
mind control bursa  once it on the ground as this saves you time as will still count towards damaging the razor back

Or you can just mind control the bursa while it is on it's balcony. They can shoot the Razorback from there no probs 90% of the time and when they can't just try a different bursa. No hacking involved, just some jumping and pressing 1.

So DE. Can invisibility really be actual invisibility? Or can you just call it please-don't-shoot-me, since that's all it does if we're lucky.

Given 99% of players treat "stealth" gameplay as "running around like a headless chicken and shooting mobs with largest and loudest gun possible while being invisible", current invisibility serves most players just about right. Now if warframe would have any kind of proper stealth missions... But who am I kidding? Warframe ceased to even pretend to be anything but a horde shooter long time ago.

They're running servers all the time just to keep up the relays, and if nobody uses them, then all the cost of all of those servers would be for absolutely nothing.

Yeah, but that's the whole point: relays are kinda pointless in what they are. Hub area, sure, but there's literally no reason to go there other than a handful of very specific NPC interactions which are not available via orbiter comm console "just because".

It wouldn’t be bad to make the first ever Shield-only melee weapon that is akin to the Sword’n’board weapon class that we have now.

How about shield and gunblade? OR, how about sword and shield weapons switching into pistol and shield mode when secondary is equipped?

  9. Funnily enough, onslaught is not horrible in and of itself. It only becomes boring if you will try to go as far as possible, thus minmaxing the loadout and using cheesy tactics, and will do that over and over again with exact same minmaxed loadout. As long as I just grab whatever weapon and frame I feel like using and go in with without having any specific goals in mind or looking for a particular drop, onslaught can be good mindless fun, especially with no loot dropping from enemies to distract me from combat. But as soon as I start thinking "I need to consistently get to rot C as I have Khora to farm", everything goes south and I quickly find myself sporting my farmer loadout of power/range Saryn & heavily formad atomos. And it can be fun to minmax as well, except that if you're doing this many times in a row with a sole purpose of consistently hitting stage 8(which is not a cakewalk for a mid-MR solo player), all fun is sucked out of it.

Which I suppose if a good metaphor for the Warframe endgame in general: we're running the same content over and over to farm stuff we decided we need. With the amount of farm required, the end result becomes the only purpose we play some particular content which turns what supposed to be the main purpose of the game(actually playing the missions and having fun) into the chase for a particular reward with mission itself becoming a chore.

  10. Well, OP, while death squads and assassins are dangerous for a low level frame, there's nothing dramatically horrible about facing them. You can always determine of you're being targeted by checking death marks and syndicate standings so the only thing you need is to make sure you're at least semi-prepared to face the challenge. Bring at least one decent weapon and have some specters in your gear(if you are targeted by death squads, you can already buy those from your syndicates of choice). and in the case of death squads, you can almost always run away and avoid fighting them.

Besides, dieing to a death squad or assassin is not that horrible actually. Sure, you lose one revive but it's not really a big deal. As a solo player, you should rarely need more than one or two in a mission unless you're doing sorties, and judging by your remark of being a new-ish player, you probably aren't(if you regularly need more than 1 revive per mission, rethink your loadout and frame choices, your tactic and also don't rush for high-level content).

But most importantly, even failing a mission it is almost entirely inconsequential. Unless you're cracking a relic, you don't even lose anything. Sure, G3 can put a bolt on you, but it's quite easy to disengage. So honestly, there's nothing to be upset about.

  11. It would've been better to have the spawn rate adjusted for solo players. Right now, enemies barely spawn on some tiles, regardless of the zone number. On a large enough tile(like corpus ice cave), enemies are spread so thin I can barely sustain the efficiency despite still one-shotting anyone in sight. As far as I understand it, coop players do not expedience such issues so can solo spawn rates be looked at please?

  12. The boss fight was quite hard when I first got there. But mostly due to badly explained mechanics(wasted ammo & respawns killing the raptors and had to start over twice before I understood what was the actual goal of the fight) and wonky item pickup controls. Otherwise, the fight was tough but not impossible to beat for an appropriately levelled player.

Why our initial Primary school requires as much focus as the next school?

Would've made sense before focus 2.0 but as currently "primary school" only means "active school" and can be switched at no cost between missions, this argument no longer holds any value.

As for the OP, increase in cost comes from the added benefits provided by the skill tree. Operator energy pool passive upgrades available seems to be DE's idea of an option for players to counter the increased cost.

  14. Yeah, would've been nice for boosters to work that way. Funnily enough, most boosters in "china warframe"(you know, the one with umbras) work differently than what we're used to. Here's a quite from this wiki article:

    Quote

    Boosters

    WFCBoosters

Boosters in Warframe China do not have duration, but number of missions that the booster will take effect. For instance, a player who purchased 10 charges of Credit Booster will be able boost their Credits64 Credits earnings in the next 10 missions. Purchase options are limited to 10 or 100 charges. However, boosters gained from Rare and Reinforced Storage Containers will function as 30-minute boosters.
