same issue here, crafting any eidolon lens (i tried specifically unairu and madurai) fails with an "unknown error" popup

Having this issue as well, setting a spawn room in the dojo doesn't appear to work consistently and teleporters are vastly offset, most of them out of bounds. only noticed today so can't confirm how long it's been like this
