    DE's intention is great, their ideas are really good... but like iv said before, they don't properly test new content to make sure it works with old content. The other fault DE has is hyping something up as one thing, just for it to turn out to be something completely different. They hyped Rush to be a chase down and kill transports for rewards type game... it turned into an over hyped version of capture for Archwing.

    Hmm, did you post a video of the bug to the megathread? I suggest you do....I didn;t have this bug at all (Note: my game is optimized.)

    I haven't heard about this.

    Void tears are fun, small minigames for the  They kill meta-...Under-skilled players.

    However, this is something I don't get.

    I haven't had any issues with this personally, but...if you ever do find content that doesn't work well with old content PLEASE list it.

    Nothing has gotten significantly worse in multiple senarios.(You bring a weak player to a high level content place, he's going to get rekt. I think relics decide level, t4-lvl 50

    t1-level 20)

    If anything it has either gotten more of a 50:50

    Or more of a upgrade.

    If anything else is downsided, it's the bugs....they are tenacious, but they aren't very siginificant...unlike the previous updates that had far less bugs, this one gave a lot of fixes...but the content was ALMOST ready...it doesn't feel as if it was ready, Bug wise.

    I think a lot of the old, abused content, caused a issue in the game(DE's intention was to make T4 keys rare, instead they are abundant, DE is not adapting or altering their ideas to "fit" these old things. Causing "Meta" "Semi-decent" players try suicidal content.), EX: T4 keys, Draco farming, Planet unlocking.

    And the new content bringing fixes I've wanted for a long time, and additions that are (a little more) subjective to players: Starchart, New void system, Kavats, Archwing, ETC.

    In the all-around view, this update....is awesome, it doesn't pull any strings insanely, instead, it makes the game far more fun.

    This time, I didn't go draco to max out my syndicate standing, I actually did missions to drain it out. Now that's a great change.

    Hmm, it could be the aftereffects of weaker players getting to planets they shouldn't be at.

    But..the "Orb" or rather, "Void Beacon" You know..has ferro-rocher wrapping, has that beacon thingy, like alad v, and vay hek.

    Should interact with the tear, giving a 10% seal, with 10 seconds added, like excavation drill to a power cell.

    Yeah, just did a sharkwing mission, nothing changed, and also it's not bad for most archwing. The problem with it it's scaling with sprint speed.

    If you have itzal, you are going to move fast, but If I were to go faster...it wouldn't be that fun.

    Odonata, and odonato prime are FAR more balanced in close quarters.

    Etylon...well...Crafting in tenno lab.

    Adadedenden-Crafting in tenno lab.

    DE has added lots of good content to be honest, I haven't tried rush..or pursuit...trying to find the node...

    Like Bianca, a node on uranus removed..for a mutagen mass i needed.

    Anyway, I completely disagree on void tears. They work just fine, the only way they fail is when you take too much time.

    It will ALWAYS spawn near the start...Head towards the objective, and you WILL see it.

    If you take too much time, rather more than 5 seconds in sight, it will disappear.

    Why in the world should the void enemies be at the same level? That's a really poor game choice.

    There is no excuse why this should be altered to match the level of the map.

    As for archwing, I agree.

    Camera WAY to close...

    And aiming isn't the best of it...Well it;s the same, but I want to have some sight to my left.

    I am going to try sharkwing, honestly, it might be much better in there.

    However, I really hate and like the shooting while sprinting.

    It looks really stupid, but it works well.

    I haven't tried the new mission types yet, so no reply.

    Junctions are a great idea actually, unlike previous occurances, you meet players who "Haven't done this" "Can't do this" "I suck at this"

    With this new addition, they have to try to actually do the mission.

    I can see what you are finally saying after quitting chat.

    After a target is spawn hitted with torandos...Two or three of the torandos bundle up and head into one direction.

    Only one or two torandos will automatically track a enemy, or move into a direction aganist a bundled up...Will display secondary link soon...still soon.

    I think the tracking system is either broken, or tornados get can stuck with each other.

    Please tell me if you have definite proof before accusation.

    Because from what I can see, the the objects having clipping issues.

  6. I disagree, the change from a magnetic wallrun and to a wall hop was needed.

    The previous one lacked height and control making it useless. 

    You can say as much as you like to say that we need to bring it back, but I could careless, the previous wall-running was too "locked in".

    I never used a lame wallrun because itself was clunky. And shooting while wallrunning is a joke.

    It was bugged, and very lackluster for most of the game's tileset layout.

    So they have standing on the enemies side.

    Void allows betrayal...He joined the void without being brainwashed.

    Infested is racists..as proven with the operators's quote, we are immune to the infestation, yet they still try to kill us.

    A very nice post of possible solutions to one of the blaring problems, many of your suggestions for scaling issues are very accurate, Numerical Scaling rather than Exponential Scaling is needed due to Exponential being used in 1-60, when after 60 it gets to the point of stupid. Scaling Warframe and weapon effects up rather than enemies up would work, but i feel scaling everything down and adding a list of additional mutators and modifiers would be beneficial as well. Eximus' are a good concept but the execution isnt quite there, maybe add something like... Any enemy near a bombard gets a small buff that makes them more likely to charge the player, any enemy near a shield lancer gains a small defensive buff or maybe make bullets to slightly attract to the shield of the shield lancer, the point is scaling isn't going to fix 100% of the problems, rather its going to open up the possibility for additional fixes down the line that wont outright break the game due to a lack of proper scaling and a mechanic that is multiples by 100 due to the scaling. This goes back to a strong core, right now, the core of their enemy scaling and difficulty is bad, they need to fix this first. 

    As for the things you don't agree on, please allow me to explain a couple of them:

    Capture Targets have more resistances and immunities than the bosses, this is more weird than a problem. It helps to make capture actually a viable mission type rather than a joke, but the bosses are supposed to be a threat, while to most people (spam 4 to win) the Capture Target is a bigger threat than the bosses.

    The lives as they used to be were flawed, i will admit that, forcing newer players to pay to get more lives was a bit of a problem, but allowing players to have a refreshed stock of lives each mission completely removes the penalty of dieing. Perhaps a system that regenerates lives over time, so if you die 4 times in a mission, you have to wait 15 minutes for each life to regenerate on that warframe. There needs to be something that makes dieing have more impact.

    Baro has his ups and downs, but for the most part, he needs a bigger list of items and not just cosmetic sentinel parts. 

    Archwing is fine to an extent, its just it should have received more love when it first came out rather than waiting 4-5 updates to actually fix its main issues.

    Above all, thank you for the support you have shown on the thread, and thank you for taking the time to post a few suggestions on how they could fix something the problems.

    Anyway, my perspective onto this is...

    Capture targets, admittedly weird, makes sense in game-wise senarios, we need more of this aganist lore to decide who gets killed.

    Lives, well, they allow me to be careless, but they don't allow me to be excessively careless...like dying for a sentinel...I dunno about 15 minutes though, you could easily switch frames...but I don't want it to affect all frames.

    Baro...I agree, he doesn't have a huge list of epic items, but that is what makes his items valuable.

    Archwing, I agree to this the most, It needed more content aganist when it came out.

    ------------------Extra Spare Suggestion------------

    Even though I don't  want to copy halo's explosive logic, how about this, the further the missile goes, the weaker it gets, at point blank range 1-3 meters it would do 2x damage than it's lowest point of damage. It goes up to 40 meters, and then self denotates (5 meter radius or more, if you don't use pillars to destroy them), dealing 0.5x damage of it's original damage. (Will not go deep into this logic.)

    Ballistca-Even though fixed, they still need a small adjustment, When a the enemy is about to fire, the "Lazer Tageting" Freezes in place, the enemy can rotate the weapon roughly 10 degrees in any direction once locked.(Lasts .5 seconds.)

    Nullfiers-Instead of shooting for luck, they should gain a prova and a lanka. When shooting accurately, the nullfier will use his bubble, how? Once a nullfier spots a threat within  2x of his radius of the bubble, the nullfier will attempt to shoot it, pathetically. Once they get close, the nullfier can use a prova to hit the tenno at a faster rate.

    Comba's (airgun), the projectile turning speed is lowered, allowing tenno to dodge the projectile.

    The problem lies within the base mechanics of the game. Which again, is really ehh.

    It's a problem....but...how do we truly fix this issue with the current standing of content that we have now?

    -Wants to maintain difficulty.

    -Wants to have a fix

    -Wants to make enemies fair

    DE will probably take their time.....as I've read in a dev workshop, they want to maintain difficulty.

    I want DE to make a extremely solid foundation, which is critical to how they would shape the rest of the game around, but I wonder when they will....I do not know when DE will make a solid..."copy cat"(Not a pun...please..kavat.) like difficulty to the current system to balance damage.

    Sure you can make this game change a few here, and few there......but....the base is so broken, it needs bug-fixing...like the engine.

    They are stretching themselves a lot. How much has the damage changed from a skana, to a Nikana prime?

    Skana can't do anything, while a nikana prime can do ...finishers without mods to a significantly higher level.

    DE has made a long...LONG thing....Addressing these issues could cause problems to the main game.

    A rework is has brash replies. But this? THIS? THIIIS? I hope it doesn't have more rage than the new starchart prime part farming.

    Artificial scaling is also weird to suggest as a "Bad" thing, sure it's awful....but it's just the rate at which it is. 

    Enemy scaling in health armor and shields can be extremely unfair, not to mention, damage can sometimes not be escaped at all. Unlke Halo, explosions DO NOT have a decreased effect of distance. It's a lack of polish thing. soo ehhhhhhhhhhh. Not to mention, I'm not sure about their accuracy with weapons.

    DE needs to add some form of it..Without 80% of the tonkor community going insane.(not a clickbait hyperlink, pls don't kill me for purple text.)

    DE needs to rebalance armor heath. and sheild scaling in a new way...or a simplified technique.

    Health increases 1.2x per level?...this is exponential, not a multiplier. 100(base health)*1.2x-1

    Armor increases by a set amount from a base amount per level. 100 armor base grineer dummy, +10 armor per level? 

    Sheild increases by 1.2x per level 100(base sheilds)*1.2x-1, however, it each level gives a faster recharge rate, minimal at first, but fast near the end. (Multiplication).01x+1 base speed  this does not affect the delay when the sheild is damaged.

    (X is per level.)

    EVERYTHING IN ITALICS IS A EXAMPLE, THE SCALING IS INSANE HERE.

    of course it's not going to be that simple, perhaps two equations that cancel each other out using subtraction?

    (1.2x-1)-(1.2x-2)???? x is per level.............................nope, not going to work.

    Perhaps a pattern?

    100 armor here, every level, 15 armor+ every 5 levels a 25 armor+?...1685 armor for a level 100........I'm not too sure here, for a level 100 grineer lancer this is fine.

    But for a regular bombard? for increased scaling?

    And then EXIMUS??!??!? for increased scaling?

    I guess the pattern is fine.....but the numbers are off.

    At least it;s better than exponential scaling.I think.

    Sure it sounds nice right? Now this is where it gets ridiculous...now...

    We have to consider ALL armor/health/sheilds affecting mods/weapons/abilties. Now lets see....

    Focus system check. All 5.....things.

    Weapon damage+Type(Elemetal, Crit) (Machete, 10 impact damage, Greatsword 70 slash damage) check

    Mods Check Ratuum mods/Shattering impact/Bloodrush/aguments/Fury?

    Arcanes check Guardian/Grace/ETC..arcane strike?

    Warframe armor check 15/65/100/165/600/250/ETC

    Abilties check....120 with fairy+abilites

    Enemy abilties, bursas, Combas, nullfiers, Fire spam, and more! 

    Now, how easy is this to transfer to a new system of damage 3.0? it's not.

    HOWEVER it's NOT IMPOSSIBLE.

    So...basically, Adding more and more and more things, without cleansing the start, would add more and more un-fun things over time...(Rathuum too easy, too hard.)

    My suggestion to DE is this.

    Scale Primed mods to level 100 enemies(non-weakness, non-resistance), scale regular mods to level 75 enemies(non-weakness, non-resistance).

    Make all other things, slightly benefical...or a change of gameplay. Focus level 20+ to scaling, Scaling mods scale easily, make the game less focused on OP to OP. However, the tricky thing is, make it feel like it isn't a nerf.

    Problems:

    Does not go according to the level 10-20, 30-40, 40-60.

    Does not simplify anything, like potential damage.

    Does not provide a list of mechanics

    Does not provide a entire list of possibilties to consider EX: Kubrows, Setinels. Loot Drops. Mod rarity.

    Does not consider a potato in the entire thing.

    Does not consider forma, Aura mods, ETC. 

    Does not maintain difficulty..

    Does not refer to a real enemy in-game.

    Does not consider...I don't know...anymore, I think I've covered up everything...WAIT...Landing Crafts.

    My main point is to address a issue with the core issue...Damage Scaling in general...which I feel, creates a lot of issues to address in general.

    Starting fresh is a good idea to me. It feels like it would knock off Cheese, Draco, Sortie's lack of fun. challenge...and possibly grind?

    Anyway, for the OP, @Purelcarus I agree.

    Except for:

    Capture Targets

    Lives

    Baro k' tears.

    Archwing.-(It's fun, but it's a grindfest.)(I don't disagree on grind.)

    DE's motivation for new content, without "fixing" the previous content is precarious.

    I would like DE to make a solid base that can be adjusted over time.

    And fixing the lack of polish issues like the explosion decreased damage over distance.

    What's the point of spawning the same specter if the previous specter dies instantly because of it?

  12. This seems to be a weird step, but unlike the grindfest that we've had beforehand, I like this much better than just doing one mission over and over again.

    Defense >_>

    It looks to be a far more interesting way of activating a mission, against having a dedicated key to do something.

    Which really cuts down on our own access of using a key, but it's a sacrifice i'm willing to take, for a system like this.

    That allow us to choose the reward.

    Hmm, to me I usually leave it alone...if you go closer to a enemy than to the effigy target, of course the enemy is going to attempt to kill you...that being said, it's range sensitive to me.

    If you are close to the effigy, they should be attacking it more.

    If you are leaving it alone entirely, there are a few senarios in which it becomes completely ineffective. Even though they are shooting at it.

    -Effigy does not prioritize targets.

    -Effigy is a high priority target, despite this, enemies will still slowly strafe to a interception point due to how they...act. 

    These two things pretty much make it eh....It's not perfect as a partner...It's powerful for what it gives,(Vex armor and Elemental ward is quite powerful as we all know)

    It's intended to me, that it gives possibilities for what you can do which isn't something all frames can do with extremely high damage.(>_> Slova...Less armor though...lot less.)

    I don't know if you were spaming ult, or using it because you listed(Guess I am hypersensative..Assumptions are too powerful.):

    Honestly, Effigy's use should not be a 1st 2nd or 3rd ability to me.

    It opens up possiblites in unfavorable situations. that's what it's meant to do. 

    It lets you escape enemies,

    It lets you fight enemies in defense.

    It lets you revive people.

    It lets you buy time to type some chat.

    It lets you rush to kill enimies....Redudancy.

    And most importantly....

    It allows you to revive your kubrow.

  15. It's not supposed to be this god-like ultimate that decimates everything like nova.

    Chroma's Vex Armor does just that.

    It's used as a Super powered Decoy.

    It can be used as a stun to prevent massive damage and kill enimies easily while blinded.

    Or it can protect a Interception point without you having to be there.

    Or a MD point when you need to revive someone.

    It's radial stun is meant to stop the first brunt of damage when halfing your armor, use that time for lifestrike.

    It's basically a secondary partner you CAN trust.

    And for the sake of everyone here....Don't spam ULT, if you like spaming ult there is Excal for that matter.

    If you only like a frame because of the ultimate, I don't suggest ever keeping the frame, unless it's a quest frame.

    And to me, it perfroms great. 

  16. They are not called "Energy points" ..As far as I know.

    They are called "Extra/Unused Mod Capacity Points"-Or for mods "Mod Point Cost" or in general "Mod Points"

    Basically, this removes the point of Multiple of the same mod.

    Allowing users to place a high ranking mod and adjusting it's value to fit into a build, without any downsides(Excluding the mod downgrade to fit in a build.).

    -Base idea simplified below-

    Allowing us to adjust the RANK of a mod....with a new system called "Energy serup" to fit a build.

    -Removes the point of having multiple mods.

    This means, if I have a ranked primed continuity, I can downgrade it for that specific build, without any penalty of it ever to be upgraded again or any grinding afterwards. I can adjust a ranked primed continuity from 45% Duration to a 35% duration, so I can fit the mod due to the non-forma-ed frame not having enough mod points capacity to fit this build.

  17. I suggest re-downloading the game entirely.

    Your progress is saved within DE's servers soo you are good to go.

    The only thing local save is I think is gear loadout.

    Do a power reset....hold the xbox one on/off button until you hear beeping.

    Though, there is a low chance option 2 will actually work.

  18. These mods to me aren't band-aid mods.

    They are just more poweful mods.

    You don't need to use them.

    Stop trolling players thinking every time baro comes he's going to have something OP to "Fix" scaling.

    You could just use the regular flow and you'll be fine.

  19. Saryn prime/saryn is quite powerful with maiming atterax.

    Each enemy you hit/kill with toxic lash gives 2 energy IF THEY ARE INFECTED WITH SPORES.

    She is quite powerful, She can shred everyone from corpus, grineer and infested....Miisama decreases armor(Grineer), toxin damage(Corpus), Viral spam(Infested)

    Saryn is a melee caster frame...and with the healing augment, her durability is substantially higher.

    Spread spores, deal massive damage.

    2) of course you enter it all the time, with weapons. that's why you dont die. see "without weapons" at the beginning of that point. 

    1) that is NOT their objective. Their objective is soley profit, and as we can see, they are NOT unified against the tenno.

    2) it's never really described. They said that it contains a mysterious power, it didn't specifiy that tenno powers or warframe powers are the same thing.

    Mods and Powers are different in other words.
