  1. So much yes. As an avid Dark Souls player, rolling has taken prominence for me in every game. I always loved what they did with rolling in Dark Souls, and I forever hope that other game developers get the same idea and implement dodge rolls to actually serve some use

imo invincibility frames ruined ds1 (dark wood grain ring), ds2 is way better. to stay on topic, like 1/5 of a second at the beginning of the role might be good, careful tweaking is important for things like i-frames

  2. welcome to warframe. i was a ME3 MP player myself too, geth engineer was my favorite. warframe's pugs are definitely better but there are still cheesy to go loadouts, nova or rhino/soma/brakk/galatine is basically the harrier/acolyte TGI of ME3 MP

24k burst DPS is not a bad thing.

yes they DEVOUR ammo, but guys dont complain about weapons with amaizing DPS that you get FOR FREE. :>

I actualy really enjoy them :D

    thanks DE!

    >implying that dps is important

i wouldn't go as far as saying they're bad, but they're not my cup of tea to be honest. sure they do a lot of burst dps, but that's just until you run out of ammo. the bad ammo economy wouldn't be all that bad if they had better accuracy, i think there are better alternatives for full auot secondaries like the akstilettos

  4. The "ideal level" you described is actually the level of the enemies you will face in the mission.

As for the Interception gamemode itself, it's not really a stealth mission. I would recommend sticking together to clear out the first wave of enemies, then spread out and have 1 person per tower. If you play your cards right, Interception becomes Yawn Mode.

    Hope this helps!

1 person per tower is a big mistake with a weak team. tower D on both maps (eurasia/lua) should be defended by 2 players, that's hwere the most mobs spawn. 1 tower can be neglected completely and you can still succesfully finish the mission.

they'll not tone it down anytime soon. We've opened coutless topic about it,they said "It's fun!" ofcourse it's fun if you go in there with potatoed and formaed warframe and weapon. Not so much when  you get there with mk-1 braton and lato without mod.But hey,it's DE..

by the time you get there you can build a karak, it helps a lot

EDIT: you cannot build a karak... that's sad

  5. a few tips: you only need to defend 3 points in total, that's enough to win! point D has the highest priority on both nodes, lua and eurasia, so get 2 players to defend it. if you're a new player grind materials for the karak, it's easily one of the best guns available before you beat those missions. try to focus on kiting enemies between 2 points and sacrifice a point when necessary. use primarily CC skills and manage your energy supply well, that's the key to winning. these missions are hard but doable with gear available before you beat them, here's my attempt with mag: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWoxUD-_H0w

  6. what if said packs would need a key to unlock, these keys in turn are bought on the homepage and can only be used once per account? would something like that be possible? in that case you would need:

    Charge pack (like on pc)

Roar pack (Roar pack minus the Charge pack item and platwise, includes a key for the charge pack)

Stomp pack (Stomp pack minus the Roar pack item and platwise, includes a key for the charge pack)

Accessory pack (just like on pc)

  7. Lanka is not a Railgun -_-

we actually don't know, lanka propels the projectile through magnetic induction, don't railguns do that too? the damage type is obviously not fitting a railgun since they fire physical projectiles like mentioned above, but with a few tweaks lanka could be considered one

  8. The weakness of a Jack of All Trades is that they're master of none. He can do lots of things, but he can't do them as well as a specialist. Banshee can get something crazy like 800% more damage with sonar. Nyx is the CC queen and Vauban the CC king, etc etc. You've said you agree with this, yes? Then what's your objection?

Seriously, reiterating how he doesn't have a weakness is missing the point of any sort of jack of all trades. The weakness is that he excels in no particular area.

yeah, rhino doesn't excel at speed for example...

oh wait, there's rhino prime and the vanguard helmet
