  1. I only took the short-ish Popular Posts on the first week of the fix xD , I purposedly ignored long messages since this image originally was for a friend only. Those are 20 posts with multiple people agreeing on what they're saying enough for this own forum to recognize them as "Popular Posts", there are also hundred of pages of mostly the same kind of comment, people who are mad at the LoS that is still so bad that the detonator of a skill chain misses targets that the primer doesn't I decided to go for a small sample for the reason I quoted above, but if you're so keen on turning a blind eye anyone could easily do a much bigger sample and show the amount of people who aren't happy with a frame being nerfed a week after release and being sold the solution slowly over time for a problem DE made.
  2. False, it's even been proven by some people already. LoS does NOT work the same on enemies on camera vs enemies off camera It does impact it by the aforementioned reason, it's also impacted by your screen resolution, so Switch & Mobile players will always hit less enemies than others lol

It only does if the enemies are fully "visible" aka their entire body could be seen if you rotated the camera, as soon as they get obstructed by anything and 1% of their body isn't seen the LoS will fail, so in the end we got an improved LoS to enemies on camera but the same old LoS on enemies behind you and further away than 5 meters lol

This is inconsistent as always, abilities that hit in a circle around the frames have no problem with enemies within your direct LoS (as in you're looking at them )but as soon as you dare move the camera it may fail even if enemies are directly behind you. Great LoS improvements, credit where credit's due, but they still lack compared to non LoS, especially on a game where you can have rooms full of foliage where you barely can see stuff, much less a semi deficient LoS tech.
  5. I’m actually surprised how they managed to find a comment on Mesa but completely ignored the LoS ones lol, which is kinda ironic since that’s pretty much how their LoS works in game, ignoring what’s literally in front of you.
  6. Let’s hope they listen to the community, there’s no way they can ignore all the “Popular Posts” since the Dante nerf, almost all are asking for DE to revert the LoS changes…
  7. lmao Dante’s 4th skill can literally be blocked by himself, his own model can block his ability, that’s how bad LoS is in this game And if we go by “diversity” logic then Caliban is fine since he can use any weapon, or Inaros rework is useless by the same reasoning. You can’t just suddenly change how a frame works days after players either farmed or bought him

At this rate Dante is going to be know as the frame who only had 5 good days, exactly what Reb said wouldn’t happen lol I legit don’t get why Tragedy, a skill that requires 2 pre cast + 1 final cast, 100e by default is “Overpowered” in DE mind when Thermal Sunder can do the same with less energy, faster and without LoS while being able to reach damage cap if anything even manages to survive
  9. People aren’t mad about the damage, they’re mad about LoS being so inconsistent and badly implemented that even your own character model can block you from damaging enemies, this is to add to the fact that you need to prime enemies beforehand with an ability that already had LoS

There’s over 100 pages mostly consisting on players asking DE to REVERT the Tragedy LoS changes, listen to your community for once, we don’t want the LoS on Tragedy full stop Edit : Dante LoS on Tragedy is still broken, you can fail the check if Dante himself is obstructing the camera lmao REVERT THE CHANGES ALREADY OMG
  12. +1 to this, if the “nerf philosophy” applies to Dante then it should apply to everything else, consistency is key DE

Funny enough I can stand still while killing everything with Xaku, Octavia or Gauss, up to level cap but in DE mind that’s FINE it’s not AUTOMATED nor DOMINANT at all (/s) but god forbid we have fun playing Dante so they had to nerf him without even addressing the issue of the OG on allies (in fact they made it worse lmao)

Will the 10 pages here, 30+ on some other threads where most people are asking you to revert the changes count as player feedback? Will you actually listen to the playerbase?
  18. Why fix a problem that was never there in the first place? Revert the changes, save your programmers the headache to fix LoS while keeping the playerbase happy It’s literally a win-win situation lol

  20. Why not revert the changes and keep Tragedy without LoS? Easier to implement, less workload trying to fix an awful LoS, it’s a win-win
  21. “We are not trying to make the first 5 days of Dante the best and only good days” Adding LoS onto an ability that requires 3 casts, 100 energy by default, while other frames can do better with just one ability and NO LoS is inconsistent with your “philosophy” This change makes Dante awful to play because even the slightest elevation, even a small stair, makes it impossible to hit enemies that are above or below you with Tragedy , and let’s not forget that Dante released on the new Albrecht's Laboratories Tileset, which is full of elevations.
