  1. Could redtext stop being such an unprofessional A****** rubbing nerfs into our faces?

i mean come on, show a bit of professionalism instead of LITERALLY taunting your community while you force them into longer and longer grinds. I don't know a single other MMO where a community manager or whoever is writing this stuff could pull that off repeatedly without being fired. It's just straight up unprofessional.

  2. Not really, most likely after Volt Prime, there will be another Male Prime before the chance for Trinity Prime or another Female Prime.

Primes order goes, Male, Male, Female, Female, Male, Male, Female, Female and repeat.

    nooooooo-o.gif

Considering just HOW much Ash prime has been floating around (to a point that i was actually surprised it turned out to be Volt), i think we can pretty safely assume who is next in line.

And as for the females? Considering Frost, Ember and now Volt are going to have their primes done, my bets are with Saryn to complete the elemental set before the 5th element is released (no, not that ancient movie)

The big question now is. What weapons might come with it? Primed existing weapons or completely new weapons?

Except if the artist feel otherwise. I'm pretty sure that nothing is certain.

Odonata Prime is already in the client since Update 15.16. And for the Prime Accessories so far we know of another Sugatra and an Edo Prime Armor Set (which may or may not be for the voidtrader though since these are not DE-confirmed details, just stuff i read as found in the client on the wiki.

  3. Guys keep calm and keep in mind that the last few prime access's consecutively there has been a break of 2-3 weeks between prime accesses.

Just because Nova ends on the 17th, it doesn't mean Volt's gonna pop out on the 18th. I'll be a pessimist and say we dont get to see volt (or U16 for that matter) until the first half of april.

IF DE feels like proving me wrong, GREAT :D But so far, every time, there have been weeks of small teasers in between primce access's, like the "brilliant tactician" one we saw in the TennoLive Stream :)

  4. The Temporal Dragg (Dregg? Drekk?) aka the Grineer tactical support archwing enemy with the aoe slowing beams can currently target (and kill) players made invisible by Itzal.

This sort of nullifies the benefit of stealth, since they automatically target and damage anyone in their vicinity.

Please stop them from autotargetting players they can't even see ^^

  5. Seems like quite the nasty bug made its way into Warframe, i HIGHLY appreciate the change to alert the player that a mod is unavailable for equipping onto a sentinel weapon because it's equipped on one of the Tenno's Guns BEFORE trying to exit the mod loadout, that is a change i had asked for for a long time.

BUT in the wake of this change, a NASTY bug managed to sneak its way into the game. It is currently Completely impossible to use two identical mods on the same upgrade level on a Sentinel Weapon and a main weapon

In my case specifically, i am trying to build up Duplicates of Split Chamber, Heavy Caliber, Serration, etc to put onto my Sentinels Prime Laser Rifle.

I AM able to use Level 7 Serration on my Sentinel whilst my Boltor uses a level 10. However, BOTH of my Level 5 Split Chambers are impossible to put onto my Sentinel because ONE of the two is equipped on my boltor (and because they're both level 5). I tried creating a level 4 one, which i could equip on my sentinel with ease, until i also upgraded it to level 5 (i now have three maxed Split Chambers and NONE of them can be equipped on the sentinel because a mod duplicate of equal rank is equipped on a different weapon).

Please fix this ASAP, i wouldn't want to be forced to make due with level 9 and 4 mods on my Sentinel because of this bug.

  6. Let's face it, Equilibrium is a mod that at this point a lot of people have in their inventories, but nobody runs anymore, due to the changes to Rage and Quick Thinking quite a while ago.

I think it is wasted in it's current form, because it doesn't do anything a lot of the time, requiring the player to have missing health to even be able to spring into effect (because obviously you cant pickup health orbs without missing health and the bonus on energy orbs is wasted if you're not missing health).

My suggestion? Well i have four ideas on how to make this mod less overlooked again.

Nr 1: Make both orb types also restore Stamina. Right now, Stamina is a big problem for players running mobility or melee only builds, this could easily introduced without creating too much powercreep for players not using pickups this way.

Nr 2: Allow Orbs to be picked up when only one type is missing (so basically allow red orbs to be picked up for the Equilibrium Energy Bonus even while the player is at full HP, this would give the mod an INSANE boost in usability, because it'd actually DO something without you needing to get it, because let's be honest, if i need energy out of losing health, ill go with Rage, not with Equilibrium)

Nr 3: This is the most critical, how about that if one type is full, the bonus is stacked to the other? This would allow Energy Orbs additional Energy when picked up at full health, which may be critical in terms of balance, but is kinda needed if this mod is ever going to do smth significant compared to Rage, while also allowing bigger health regen if your Energy Bar is already full (maybe due to Rage?)

Aaaand lastly, the biggest suggestion, 4: Turn it into an Aura. A Defense Polarity Aura. We need more interesting Auras and this mod would actually be an interesting addition rewarding teamplay contrary to Energy Siphon which is just a minor passive upgrade AND it would give a meaningfull Aura to Frames with a D Polarity Aura Slot other than Rejuvenation (at the same time, Physique needs some love, but that's a different topic).

If Equilibrium was an Aura, it could actually be a tactical alternative for the team, relying on an Augmented Trinity or a Nekros to supply them with a variety of ACTUALLY USEABLE consumables, it'd also make an interesting alternative for the upcoming raids, other than just stacking Corrosive Projection, Energy Siphon, Rejuvenation and maaaybe Steel Charge or Rifle Amp.

I'd like to see this mod become relevant again, i'd love to see viable D Aura Alternatives to Rejuvenation. Anything usable in your opinion? :)

Edit: Also, Firefox HATES Paragraphs and always turns everything into a blob of text unless i edit it >_<

  7. I'd honestly not oppose seeing 1 new and 1 old mod most of the times now, along 1 old and 1 new item.

I mean, we've basically known primed streamline is out there from the getgo, and it's starting to feel like a tease

  8. T4 Survival mission end reward is around 25500 credits, now on the double weekend it goes up to 50k, with the credit booster for 40 plat it goes up to over 100k :)

getting either 98k or 102k every run, not exactly sure what's making the difference, but im talking exclusively about the mission end bonus, im getting another 8-15k every run because im bringing my kubrow to crack ALL the lockers i can get my hands on in 5 minutes.

I have really BECOME the lone tenno operative raiding the ship for credits :D invisible loki avoiding all confrontations just pure greed.

  9. Hey fellow Tenno, with lotus gracing us with double credits this weekend, this is an EXCELLENT Opportunity for everyone who "wisely stocked up" on T4 Survival keys when they left the Arbiters of Hexis to do some Stat-Hunting while also gaining a lot of credits.

I invested 40 plat and im currently grabbing 102k credits every 5 minutes, thanks for that.

BUT, while im doing that to get some value out of my T4 Survival Keys, i can also track exactly which Rotation A rewards are awarded and how their droprates are split up.

Certainly, a normal run is way too small of a sample size, and maybe even if i burn all my 200 keys it will be too small of a sample size. But if you join me in burning your keys and tracking your loot, we may be able to find out if T4 Survival hasnt actually come out at a LOWER R5 Core Droprate than the starchart.

So far ive burned a total of 22 keys and gotten 1 single R5 Core Pack. This could obviously be pointed out as a small sample size, but if it were to have even a 25% chance like the starchart, it'd already be a pretty far off chance.

So, ill spend my weekend collecting data and grabbing 1 million credits an hour. WHO'S WITH ME? :) (Keep Track of your loot, preferably with screenshots or a .txt file and post your results here on sunday!)

    #BurnT4Survival

  10. Ah, so the entire playerbase dislikes DEs actions on adding new primed mods too fast since people cant farm cores fast enough and then theres you who wants every primed mod now.

Do you have 10k rare cores in your collection or what?

I am just legitimately afraid that this kind of void trader rotation will "justify" reducing R5 core drops even more. I mean, the droprate has been cut by WAY more than 50%, compared to where it was 2 months ago.

  11. Its still not enough to warrant the nerf. I hope they reconsider it. Giving a small gift to shut people up wont work.

The funny thing is, i'm willing to wager fairly heavily it actually will. It'll take some time for people to understand how screwed they are now if they're going for mod maximazation and then the little tidbits of rage are gonna fall under the rug. This'll stave off the massive uproar more than well enough, because it frankly affects a lot more players than the T4 Nerf did. T4 Nerf mainly hit veteran players, especially those who have no weapons left to build and grind through (rank 16+) and these alerts feed everyone, even completely new players, which is a much broader percentage of the community

  12. There are three main activities left at the state of Warframe i'm in, which i am certain i share with a lot of other veterans.

One is chasing after a completed Mod Collection. I mean, ever since the Pokedox and the Codex were a thing, i obviously strife to completionist goals, and i enjoy the struggle on the way there. You won't be able to negate the feeling of getting backstabbed in a massive way on the way to that goalpost just by widening the playing field, especially considering how many new primed mods are still coming out and that, at this rate, i'll never be able to max out even the ones i effectively want to be using.

The second activity i really enjoy is helping newer players. Explain the basics of the game to them, feed them a few mods (Corrupted Vor's Toxic Set, Serration, Split Chamber, Barrel Diffusion, things like that) and obviously tagging them along a few T4 Survival Runs to get those Serrations 5-6 levels off the ground so that they don't run into the wall i ran into when i started clearing the starchart back in the day, which was my level 30 MK-1 Braton suddenly dealing solid ~5 damage to units that could soak up a quarter of my max ammo without dieing while oneshotting me.

Helping these new players has become a LOT more difficult because i need to take them on way longer and (for them) way more boring missions where the enemies are WAY over their heads, to give them a starting push in their mod-levels.

And third, completing collections of the Codex, Dojo Colors, eventually even all the Archwing Gear (crafted and obtained everything but the Fluctus, now i just have to level it all to 30).

Unfortunately, my clan has literally blown up because the veterans i used to play with felt so revoked, so betrayed by these attacks on their progression speed, that they quit the game alltogether. I've been completely isolated from all the conversations in my skype clan group because it's suddenly all about Counter Strike Global Offensive, a game that i despise for its boring oneshot-kill gameplay (wink wink) and monetization model.

So i'm now facing the choice of abandonin the Dojo i shaped almost solitarily (while they helped fuel the construction i was pretty much the designer of the whole thing and even spent hours and hours designing our clan logo) in favor a clan which still has active veterans that i absolutely don't know, or sitting around in empty halls with bitter and salty feelings in my stomach, knowing how vastly different the situation was not even a week ago.

I truely believe you understand our perspective on the issue Rebecca. You knew right then and there on the devstream how this would feel for veteran players. I've watched that particular moment over and over again, you knew what was coming, and Sheldon sat there smiling all the way through, dismissing the topic, knowing full well how the community would feel about this. Again, for reference, Sheldons and Rebeccas Reactions:

If you think the real alternative was stretching the playing field to all of the starchart, you will have to explain to me, what exactly i actually gained from that. Corpus are just as dull and frustrating to play against as the Corrupted (because they still pack bulletproof instakill nullifiers that don't give 2 sh**s about Vitality, Redirection, Vigor, Radial Blind and other defensive loadouts, wee-hee), the infested pack Ancients that feel just as ability-proof as said nullifiers, together with "YOU SHALL NOT SEE" swarms around my UI and slowmotion tar that i can't even jump out of with superjump without offering myself as a punching bag for a couple of seconds) and last but not least the grineer with their melee and ranged knockdown Aoe Casts and hitscan weapons.

Can you see the problem here? In your attempts to block out the stupid "Press 4" Farming, you've added enemy types to each faction that make normal gunplay INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Two Factions have bulletproof units, one has massive damage reduction, vision blocking and knockdowns as well as shield-ignoring poison damages and the last one is so clustered with knockdowns and disarming boomerang bastards (which stagger) as well as instant-teleporters (which also stagger) that it feels like i'm playing stunframe, not warframe.

If we're almost godlike ancient beings of power, why does it feel like everything can either be completely immune to our powers or just chainstun us as if i was playing a Dota 2 stompfest? The CORE GAMEPLAY has become frustrating and punishing, even with absolutely maxed loadouts, because of these new enemies. Nullifiers, Bombards, Drakk Masters and Ancient Healers have made the game frustrating and punishing, not challenging. The "challenge" is to get a team together that knows how to stick together to combat what's being thrown at it, but that doesn't make the gunplay fun again. How is shooting as many bullets as possible spray+pray at a 3 meter high bullet proof golden globe fun gunplay? And let's not even talk about melee, bceause whoever goes into melee with these new players on the block, across all factions, is pretty much boned. Great recent video regarding the troubles of melee gameplay by Mogamu:

  13. Still no fix for Nyx's Mind Control to fail in Interception Missions, influenced enemies still immediatly start capturing points for the enemy if they have nothing to shoot at, reproducability 100%.

    https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/401143-nyx-mind-control-is-ineffective-for-interception-missions/

Problem has existed for months and really hurts Nyx's Ability to be played in Interception, as one of her Abilities fails to do anything.

  14. SPACE AIDS.

Space Aids is trademarked by League of Legends Champion Malzahar :P

Consumable skins for 5k credits? meh, i'll pass. Wouldve liked the Valentine Color Palette to return, but most importantly we still need a fix for the top end fusion core farming, 35+ hours per primed mod is unacceptable.

  15. I'd really love his Sigil, and yet im drowning in Energy Channels and the last 2 times he dropped something golden it was a single fusion core >:(

And i also agree, he needs a different entrance. The way he gets into battle at the moment allows him to be shot down without a fight WAY too easily. Make 4-5 clones of him appear and only one of them is the real deal, so we cant all just gammacor the crap out of him when he's done standing up.

Or prolong his invulnerability until he actually enters combat. He's the biggest badass in your universe lorewise, so he needs a little buff. And he should not drop a mod that is now mandatorily given to every player via a quest (Molten Impact, "Once awake" Questline)

  16. Greetings fellow Tenno,

We've seen the Rare 5 Fusion Core Debate and Debakel blowing up in a HUGE fashion because withdrawing Fusion Cores from their best farming spot only to place them on the starchart in less favorable droprate seems to be (and indeed mathematically is nothing less than) a grind bloat, that still hasn't been adressed.

But why IS everyone so obsessed with these cores? I think we're approaching the topic from a different angle. We all want to upgrade our new shiny Primed mods. I like making progress. You like making progress. Making Progress is pretty much what keeps the "lategame content" fun in this game. Seeing our progression speed getting slaughtered therefore logically isn't fun and has blown up in a way that even DE could no longer ignore, even though they stated "they didn't understand why this is a bad/broken thing", a statement that i can't truely believe if they had run the numbers even once themselves and what they ment for the time we need to invest to upgrade these platinum bordered beauties.

Soooo while everyone is busy bickering over Rare 5 Cores, their droprates, their droprate's impact on the balance of other mods, i thought to myself, why not circumvent the need for such an astronomic amount of R5 cores? Certainly, Primed Mods, due to their power, still need to consume a lot to upgrade.

But this is where we can bring the new SEEMINGLY worthless Orokin Cells into play. Baro Ki Teer has brought ancient powerfull primed mods from the Void. I see no reason, why there shouldn't be a way to boost our Fusion Cores in a way that makes them invompatible with the pathetic mod and tech replications we're able to create nowadays, but still being able to fuel the ancient, pure, primed versions of the mods.

What if Baro Ki Teer was to sell us a Blueprint that allows us to craft "Primed" Fusion cores out of Fusion Cores and Orokin cells, which allow Cells to be used as fuel EXCLUSIVELY for Primed Mods?

This would restore the usefullness of T4 Survival for the veterans that truely and exclusively seek progress on their primed mods, while not at all impacting newer players who are happy to get the cells they need to build their prime gear and who still need the classic fusion cores at their normal efficiency to upgrade the regular duplicated mods of the current past-orokin era?

I've put this suggestion and the rest of my thoughts on how poorly this massive nerf was communicated into my first ever youtube-mini-vlog, that i actually spent about 8 hours on perfecting and adapting to the 15.13.8 hotfix and the 15.14 compensation alert announcements.

I hope you'll find it usefull and forward it to DE, since i'm guessing they're rather avoiding reading through every single topic that pops up on this topic.

Do you have alternate ideas on how to balance Fusion Fuel for Primed and Regular Mods? Throw'em down below! This doesn't have to stay the way it is and throwing our hurt feelings at DE is probably not going to swing things in our favor, so as much as i wanna curse at them for blowing up my clan, i suggest we pull together some worthwhile suggestions and find something they find worthy of implementing.

Cheers fellow Tenno, it's up to use to help/make DE save this game.

    Jukantos out

PS: Video will be linked later, for now i'll leave you with a critical Devstream Moment that i think REALLY helped grind the salt into our wounded hearts:

  17. Much appreciated, and i while it's a really positive thing that you're compensating players who ran into this starmap predicament and helping new players, THIS STILL DOES NOT make up cutting the top drop efficiency in cores worse than in half.

Unless you intend to repeat these on a weekly basis, you NEED to offer us SOME way of farming cores with an efficiency somewhat resembling the old ratios, or you'll lose too much goodwill with the community to repair
