I managed to do the cross save and everything went well when linking my PC account with the PS4, the only thing I was a little sad about is that the operator focus progression was not unified -
For me, the notification appears that I can link the accounts, but when I access the account management it is not available

What would be the next phase of the cross save? by account creation date from oldest to newest or will the next phase be released to the general public?
