I hope they revert the change of putting Overguard on Rumbled. Overguard is terribly weak as a defensive mechanic and no longer functions with Atlas' passive armor build up for mitigation, nor can it be healed with rubble.
Kullervo can keep the overguard, but Rumbled didn't need/deserve that change. I also think Overguard should take into account mitigation from armor bare minimum. From what I've seen Kullervo's damage is exceptional, but with no shields for gating and overguard having no mitigation as well as being locked to 5,000 on Kullervo some players find difficulty in using him as enemy damage scales.
