  1. Heres another question, is the buff % affected by the casters power strength?

     

    Also, took out a unranked, unmodded Latron into a pug game and happened upon an Ember using Fireball Frenzy.

     

    When she buffed me it literally doubled the damage that the Lat did.

     

    Well for one thing you appear to be using mods that are not maxed.

    Well I tested a volt with no power strength, it appears to be a double damage (100%) increase. We tested a vasto with a 250 damage consistency jump to 500 WITHOUT a crit

     

    A volt with max power strength (blind rage, transient fortitude, intensify) is a roughly 200%~ increase. The same vasto did anywhere from 900 to 2000(notice the damage isnt consistent when power strength is applied, but still higher)WITHOUT a crit

  2. Ok, so it works on the obvious nukes.

     

    Boring. Lets try have some fun with this.

     

    What else does it work on? Vaubans Teslas? Hydroids Tentacles? Zephyrs Tornadoes? Mirages Prism?

     

    What if the buff auguments actually increase warframe power strength? Could a speed Nova be buffed to slow enemies down? Would it affect the damage boost you would get out of hitting a Sonar weakpoint?

     

    We worked out it does damage. What else can we use this for?

    Testing this as well, so far it only adds damage to damage abilities and damage to weapons

    Duration mods also seems to direction affect the duration of the aug

  3. This sounds like it would be hilarious on mesa's ult.

    This would be hilarious on a Mesa. She already does 3k damage or so per shot with her ult. Combine it with three of these mods and she will easily become the most powerful single-target destroyer in the game.
     Full-speed, her ult shoots about 9-10 rounds per second, it seems.
    3,000x3x3x3x10.
     810,000 potential damage per second.
  4. Alright so me and my buddy link4355 were goofing around with his max range max power excalibur build, which does roughly 2500~ to most units. I got my volt and used shock trooper(max rank and max power strength on volt) on him, and noticed a 300% increase in damage for his weapon and powers. I had him ult to test it and indeed it did 7500 damage. So I had my other friend BagelbaronessKira get online and bring her fireball frenzy(also max rank, only intensify on ember) and ALSO apply it to excal at the same time. It stacked multiplicatively., not additivly. His ult started doing roughly 11,000-22,000~. What the actual F***. With those numbers we can assume a third frame would cause it to reach 20,000~. That is a 300% for the initial buff, but I'm unsure how the stacking formula works. increase. that's 900%~ increase. Don't get me started on how strong that could possibly make weapons, will post pictures and more tests as I continue to try out more combinations!

     

    Edit: Some people are reporting varying amounts of damage increases from this augment, so that needs to be tested for it's correlation for power strength

     

    Edit: It appears the damage stacking is not set static at 300%, but rather it is based of power strength (?) (not confirmed)

  5. Thank you for the information, after I'm done maxing MK1 stuff, I'll craft Boltor and Amphis, buy a Lex and play around with builds regarding enemy types I guess. I have a Clashing Forest so my choice will be Amphis first :)

    I hope Grineer will be nice to me and give Iron Phoenix for my Heat Sword :)

    I will gladly give you an iron phoenix and a few rare mods to help you get out of the new player rut. Hit me up on the game and I'll give you some build advice as well

  6. Went for Steel, cause they favour Rhino the King.

    And chose Hexis and Suda because you can rank them together with Steel without those 3 negativelly affecting eachother.

     

    But man, I wish the syndicate weapons were tradable. Really want that Secura Dual Cestra, since it's a straight upgrade of my favourite secondary. Don't think I'll ever try to attempt to max them all by jumping back and forth. Since I'd have to do it every time something worthwhile gets added to the collection. I mean, just imagine if they add Steel Meridian Rhino Skin that can't be traded...

    syndicate weapons ARE tradeable you know. Also you dummies dont realize that red veil weapon has the best buff, 10% movespeed. BETTER FARMING SPEED WITH VOLT 

  7. Went to run another rep farm on cerberus with my buddy today. I ran trinity and he ran excalibur. We immediately noticed that REGULAR green moas could survive his javelins now, easily. That NEVER happened until wave 4, and we have run this mission a heck of a lot with no issues. Has anybody else noticed these problems with farming cerberus for rep? We never had this issue till today's hotfix, so I'm suspicious there was a stealth nerf.

  8. What bothers me is the 100 Tar + Swarm MOAs are taking ages to kill, i've only seen one or two boilers and brood mothers, how are we supposed to farm 50 of each?

    do the mobile defense, you'll take out 50 in one go trust me
