The sentinel was only added a few weeks ago, right?

From looking at the stats, if I found a puncutre mod, I'd just sit on it because it doesn't seem worth it. ~Relatively new perspective.

Doesnt fit with the space ninja theme..
*Glances at Rhino* Very ninja like, that one is.
*Looks at Hek and Gorgon* Ahh, the weapons of a true stealth master.
It would be an interesting twist to the game play mechanic. For those saying it wouldn't be like "ninja," people should remember how romanticized our view of ninja are. Ninja were simply rogue samurai that were dedicated to their mission to the point of putting it before honor (hit and run, etc)...they did what was necessary to kill their target and if it means making holes with a Hek or brain bashing with a riot shield, a true ninja would do it.
Lore does support this with the mission on Ceres where you have to kill a Grineer who is close to a Tenno colony and the objective is to kill him at all costs.

I was wondering if it was calculated based on your stats if you weren't at the extraction (If you have 0s down the board and arne't at the extraction, then you wouldn't get the reward)

I've been playing F2P games for a while now, most of them in Beta, and I see a lot of players who get angry when the developers require people to pay at a certain point to progress, akin to inventory slots and warframe slots. I don't exactly understand how people can think that everything should be free and paying should be completely optional. I've heard it best described as F2P players as second class citizens which makes total since, but when you tell people that, they flip out about how they aren't treated fairly as consumers. I've put over 60 hours into the game playing for free and plan to drop 20 bucks for the founders when I get the cash up and think the game is totally worth it.
TLDR; F2P players should stop complaining about needing to pay for F2P games at a certain point. In the case of Warframe, I've put 64 hours in to the game and I still have plenty of slots left using the starter platinum to buy inventory and warframe slots.

I don't always skip affinity orbs, but when I do, they are systems blueprints. True story.

If you are enjoying the game so much, drop five bucks and support the devs. You'll also get enough slots to last you a life time.

Is their a penalty for not being at the end of the map after the minute is up? I've been off in the level killing, trying to catch up to a Loki, and I've still gotten my reward but I hear all the time about people who say they don't get the reward for completing the mission. I've even gone as far as to test it a few times myself deliberately and I still get the reward. Can anyone verify this for me one way or another?

I was wanting the same thing a while ago until I started to think about why the Lex wasn't a revolver since that is pretty clearly what it represents. The only thing I could come up with is:
Revolvers are simple, open (not an actual gun term)firing system weapon. The gun powder is ignited and the bullet propelled out. The problem with that is that for something to ignite, it needs oxygen: something not readily available in space. This leads me to speculate that all of our guns are gas powered and have a closed firing system, if they haven't evolved beyond our current technological level entirely.

Their seem to be quite a few inconsistencies and oddities (IE: "We've got trouble. The Assassination target is here." ...that thing I was completely expecting and sent here to kill)with Warframe, but most of them fall under the Unimportant section of development I think.

Grams and Duel Zorens! Although, the Cronus is marginally better than the Skana and since you will probably upgrade it at some point anyway, I'd just keep your Skana and master it out. Or if you master it out before getting another melee weapon, the Cronus is very cheap.

Anyone have any ideas? I have all the blueprints for Trinity and Ash as well as a few others and am in need of about ~2200 Rubedo...I have everything else in bulk <_<
Preferrably something with Infestation because I have Ember, a lot of fire mods, and the dark Sword.
Also, any good places to grind salvage and alloy? I'm trying to help a friend of mine get them.
-
I heard a while ago that Grineer take like 50% damage from fire. I was wondering if this was true or if they take 100% and infested just take something like 125% damage?

I went on a raid mission. Right before I reach the artifact, it says to exterminate everything...then it wouldn't let me pick up the Orokin Artifact. Thanks, Lotus.
*Still got the artifact though, just funny how completely irrelevant the orokin artifact became :p*

I was going for Rank 3 which required me to melee kill people. After killing everyone with my melee (And two kills with my power which I think may have caused it), I failed the mission.
-
So I have Loki (@(*()$ love) and Ember (dissapoint.). I was wondering what Warframe I should work towards next? I was thinking Ash since all I need is systems for him and I hear he has some pretty good powers, but I also wouldn't mind Volt or Frost...So any suggestions?

1.3 gb of corrupted files fixed later and nada.
Edit
Did another Steam validation. Something seems to be going wrong with the updater and it is causing the files to be corrupted. I am now redownloading another 1.1 gb of corrupted files.

98 windows updates and IE cookie clearing (And I don't even know how I would use proxies to begin with) later and still no warframe...my ember finished building yesterday too :(
-
Any word on it? I still can't download the game and I really want to play :(

You guys are a little silly. I was one of the people that suggested this. It isn't perfect but to show context of why it needed to happen, I'd like to quote this.
You see those numbers. How heavily stacked the rares were? And you know past that certain patch, rares actually became...rare.
Not that I was happy about that.So since rares became rare now, this meant your previous odds of getting any particular individual mod was 1 out of 74. So those awesome things like flow? Stuck in between 48 skill cards among other rares. Sure some people got them, but many more got insert x skill ability. Now they changed a bit more than I said like with the elements so don't blame me for that one but other people asked for that so I assume that was taken into consideration.
I'm too lazy to actually count the new odds but since there are 12 warframes that means 24 skills were taken out of the rare pool. Not accounting for the element swaps we are now around a distribution of
41 common, 32 uncommon, and 50 rare.
At the cost of dirtying your common and uncommon pool a bit, your odds of getting rares like streamline, multishot, and flow have increased greatly. Still low, but better than before.
Commons are common, it doesn't matter if it is a lot of sentinels or skills, or redirections, they all drop a lot now, you will get a lot of them with little effort if you really are farming Xini. It is not a big deal.
An added benefit people overlook is that a lot of players have made the mistake of selling/fusing their initial abilities. Previously that pretty much meant they were screwed. There is no, go farm Xini at a low level, and Kiliken didn't drop an excessive amount of ability cards either. Because every skill they could possibly want to get back was stuck in the rare table,at least now if someone makes that mistake, they have decent odds of getting their first/second skill back. A much better alternative than just simply hoping they get it back from 74 different rare possiblities. (At least until they do something like lock your first cards for awhile so people can't sell them by accident). And if they didn't sell them, they get a cheap easy way to rank them up.
Additionally, if they moved them back to rares now, after everyone was able to easily obtain level 1/2 skills, they'd basically be giving free credits to people. I'm ok with that but I don't think that's a real solution.
So please think of things other than, oh this is harder to sort now, that's because sorting is fairly cruddy anyway (sentinel/warframe redirection and vitality mix, buttons are messed up, etc). It does more good than ill in my opinion. And sorting by name and holding shift to sell is always a thing. Credits are credits.

Strun, while not a rifle, is OP as ****. It obliterates nearly everything, although it does have a staggering reload time and issue with quick shield-regen bosses. Still, the best for close range and decent at mid range with a few extra shells to cover the pellets lost to distance.
-
If it involved actually adding a polarity (Possibly make it a random one so it wouldn't be OP if that is an issue), that would be @(*()$ amazing. If not, eh: it would seem rather useless since most weapons that have polarity slots (the few and the proud), already have slots geared towards using them well. The addition would be nice though because it addresses the issue I have of maxing out suits and letting them become inventory queens.

Comparing LoL and Warframe is a bad comparison because they are different games. LoL isn't successful because of its outstanding business model, that's for sure. When I do buy platnium, I plan on buying a color palet or two, maybe a sentinel, slots, and some reactors. The warrames are way too expensive as is, but I'm fine with that because I work towards unlocking warframes instead of buying them.
