For some reason, the ability to adjust a certain graphic setting was removed and now it’s just stuck on the worst quality, is that intentional? ( i don’t remember what the setting was called but it was the furthest down in Video and was a slider )

Is there anyway to obtain the Oni prime ephemera ( Grendel prime )? if not, Can it be obtain from prime resurgence?
