Zhnigo
Since it's going to become more relevant with the Chimera update which Defense missions are also NPC-type instead of , I'll post this again. With Arbitrations, it's going to be even more important, since these are geared toward infinite rotation. Many players, myself included, zone out and forget that a Sortie Defense mission (Arbitration Defense as well) involves an NPC to defend, instead of a stationary target. People pick Frost/Gara/Khora/Vauban instead of Trinity/Harrow/Limbo. The NPC wanders out of the safe zone, gets killed, players get frustrated, not because of lack of skill, but because of a poor loadout choice which is the result of misinformation and habit. A simple name change for these kind of missions, from Defense to, for example VIP Defense, Escort, Protection, etc would easily solve this frustrtation. OvisCaedo
I guess I don't necessarily OBJECT to this, because why not, but... Sorties and arbitrations are both pretty distinctly set apart from regular missions. It doesn't seem like it should be terribly hard to remember the difference, maybe you're just being thrown off because of it being "new". But, still, simple name change wouldn't really hurt anything either.

Keybones
I support this. No reason not to, honestly.

Even if I can personally always keep it in mind, it's a multiplayer game. Next time you're in one of those missions, keep an eye on what your teammates chose. They're 3/4ths of the success. I mostly play solo, so honestly I think I'd be alright even if the other three people in a theoretical squad were terrible. but also arbitration defense is so god-awful for various other reasons that i will probably just never play one again at all

Every bit counts.
Ada_Wong_SG
I suppose the NPC defense mission should be called "Babysitting" maybe make the NPC scream for help just so we will need to restrain from killing them ourselves.
vomder
Could call it something like 'Escort' mission.
