Finisher animation speed?

Hello tennos!

what type of weapon has the fastest finisher animation?  I had thought it was daggers but I levelled a secura whip last night on my Inaros.  It only had a fury mod (and damage) and damn is that finisher animation ever fast.  I’m sure that craps all over the dagger for speed...  use Inaros 1 and just so quick to finish a whole crowd off.

There's generally two different Execute Finisher animations for melee weapons. Front and Back. Some stances also have different animations.

Machetes, 1h Swords, Daggers and Dual daggers are fast from both directions. Whips are fast from the front so are Scythes.

People tend to stick with single daggers because of Covert Lethality which instantly kills a target, scaling forever.

I use Broken War on Inaros because of how fast and funny finisher animation is. It almost feels that you can continue running while casually impaling people.
