Harrow and Oberon questions for eidolon hunters

I'm new to eidolon hunting, only done less than 10 hydro caps. Was wondering a few things about Harrow and Oberon there:

1. Does Harrow crit buff from covenant apply to operator amps too?

2. Does Oberon augment mod Phoenix Revival work on lures too?

3. Also an Ivara question: can you shoot that wire thing so that one end of it sticks in the air in the plains or does it have to be on solid ground? I was wondering this due to dashwire augment.

Damn, thanks. Guess I might try convince clanmate to roll Trinity or Limbo for the eidolons. And probably skip the dashwire augment at first at least, see how it goes without it.

There aren't any warframe abilities that affect operators if I remember correctly so go with wisps or VS instead, and lures aren't technically alive to be revived which is why Trinity is meta, she can make them immortal

i think u can attach the dashwire to trees, not 100% sure but i think it works ( i play her rarely)

Actually, there is one ability if I remember correctly: Volt's shield will full still amplify amp crits.

Ah yes I forgot about him, but it's technically not a operator buff either since it's their weapon fire that's being buffed right?

Right, it's not an effect applied on the operator, but on the projectile. Which isn't much a difference for the average player but important if you want to figure out how things work.
