Hello, just giving my point of view:

-if they just remaster the rooms we currently know about ... They would keep their spot (only textures & lights would change) because why would DE change that specificaly ?

But sure: on the new rooms, new hiding spots will appear.

-On the other hand (and less probably I believe): if they completely remodel ALL rooms, then, yes, the spots will have to be changed (sure, depending on the gravity of modifications).

Probably, we won't know until the tileset is here or DE specifically mentions it.

DE regularly updates tiles, but unless they change things in such a way that the old spot disappears they don't tend to move things around.
