What is the purpose of Medical, Advances, and Familial Debt-Bonds?

Do these have any purpose outside of the rank-up requirements for Solaris United?  In other words, can I safely convert these SU standing or will I need them for crafting / gilding in the future?  It seems only Training and Shelter bonds have a purpose once you reach Rank 5 with SU, is this correct?  Are Training and Shelter bonds for anything other than gilding MOA's and Kitguns respectively? Thank you very much in advance!

As of right now, you just need a few of the for ranking up with Solaris United.
Once you are max rank, these three bonds don't have a purpose aside from providing standing.

But only time can tell if we ever need some for crafting or something else.
Afaik DE didn't say anything about that matter just yet.

They are needed to buy some accesoires for your Orbiter ( from Biz I think )

Also, if I remember correctly, debt bonds are required for kitgun/moa guilding.

As mentioned, you can buy some stuff for your Orbiter from Ticker, you need Shelter bonds (i think it were those) for Kitguns and Moa gilding and outside of those and ranking up rep, it is a somewhat cheap rep source
