Remove Umbra Polarity from Exalted Blade

The title says it all. Should I remove the Umbra polarities from my Excal Umbra for things like Primed Pressure Point?

Are the Umbral mods actually worth it?

only if you think the umbral mods for the melee weapons are not good for what you want to do

Crit and crit/status hybrid builds benefit from the umbral mods, if you plan to go full status then you're better off without them.

Though If you're going crit or hybrid, Sacrifical Steel can still be viable even when using Primed Pressure Point instead of Sacrifical Pressure.

since you can't get them back if you remove them I'd say don't do it.

It's all down to personal preference tho. If you want pure damage instead of future proofing ( a sentient only planet/system is coming soon™ ) go right ahead, but if you do want to wreck any sentient that comes your way keep  them!

Once you max out both of them I don't think there is a better mathematical replacement for his exalted blade. Plus you'd have to forma 2 slots. No real point imho.

The two melee Umbra mods are amazingly good. I use them both on every weapon I can.

They work esp well for pure Physical Bleed builds. For Excal they forced me to remove Primed Fury but it's fine since waves can head-crit and Berserk is more dependable on it's own. I don't see much reason to remove the Umbra mods. They're a DPS increase over other options.
