You can obtain blueprints to build new weapons and gear from the Market (Blueprints only cost credits). I recommend saving your starting platinum for weapon/warframe slots and, if you find a Warframe you really like, an Orokin Reactor to double its mod capacity. At the beginning though, what you should be focusing on is maximizing a certain few pieces of gear and modding them to make them as powerful as possible. After that point, you'll start being able to handle higher level missions that pay out better loot (including parts for other Warframes, Prime components, and more). Completing the main storyline missions and certain other missions will also reward you with new weapons and gear.

As for the premium currency, Platinum, you can obtain it from other players by trading rare mods or prime parts as well, so you don't have to spend real money to earn platinum.

That said, the community doesn't take too kindly to people who ask for free stuff/weapons/warframes, just a heads up. If by 'help' you're asking for advice, Great! If by 'help' you're asking people to give you items for free.... well, just don't.

Welcome to Farmframe, you're still new so just use the weapons and frame you have to clear Earth atleast and loot everything you can, then open the market and get  the blueprints of a weapon or two and craft them in your foundry and don't hesitate to sell old weapons and frames you no longer use for space, but be sure to rank them to level 30 first.

This game is all about hoarding stuff but don't expect to have everything you see high level players having in your first few hours because it took them years to get some of those stuff, just set a goal for yourself and play and experience the game and all the new stuff will start pouring in in no time.
