so tommorow i am gonna get loki is there any good builds for him?

This might be a on the high end but the concepts are the same even on the low end.

Ideally you want specialized Loki builds to cover different needs.

1.  Solo Stealth build maximizing his Invis time with some extra Defense. Good for Survivals, Spy and similar missions.
2.  Group CC build. Can be used with Radiating Disarm or not depending on the group comp and your needs.
3.  Hybrid Stealth / CC. This will probably get the most use as it functions well Solo or in groups for every mission type.

j/k, my two most-used builds would be:

1) high Duration (Narrow Minded) and Efficiency for perma-Stealth,
BTW yay Hushed Invisibility, silent Rocket Launcher best stealth weapon 😄

2) high Range (Overextended) and again Efficiency for Radial Disarm (use the Augment if you like),
with P Flow + Quick Thinking to make it a bit safer given the lowered invis time.

Some combination of Range/Duration/Efficiency. Strength is your dump stat. 

Range improves Teleport, Decoy placement, and Disarm. Duration improves Invisibility and Decoy.

His survivability is utter dogS#&$, so he’s typically better off running Quick Thinking + (Primed) Flow. 

Irradiating Disarm is a popular augment, as it basically makes him Better Nyx.
