Teletric Posted March 24, 2019 Share Posted March 24, 2019 Just like how you can change a Prime Warframe's skin to its non-Prime version, I think it would be nice if we could do the same with Prime weapons (including exalted), and other types that have a different appearance like Vandal or Wraith ones. There are prime weapons that are so ugly and I just want to put the original skin on e.g. stratevar prime and oberon prime. This also need to be possible with Mesa Prime. To summarize my opinion on the subject, please add this feature. I understand that there may be a fair bit of effort involved in the process, but I would greatly appreciate it. Many weapons do not have skins that would allow you to force the non-prime appearance onto the prime varient. Also, many of the skins that do allow this have their own downsides. Putting in a system like that which was added with Prime Warframes would be a global solution and put all weapons on the same ground here. There may not be a lot of public outcry for this feature, but I feel it would be appreciated by quite a few people who didn't know they wanted it. (PSN)ForNoPurpose Posted April 23, 2019 Share Posted April 23, 2019 Yes please.... we have this option for Frames, but not for weapons.. the option to use Default Skins on any weapon Variant, not just primes, would be a great buff. also, since the Variants simply use a skin swap to begin with, i see no reason why it cannot be implemented in a overnight update...
