How to add friend in game?

I have some quest like interception need friends to complete, by I donno how to add friend, plz help thx!

you can simply ask in recruit chat for help with whatever mission you're having issues with. if you wanna add friends to your list, simply right click on their name and select 'add friend' then you wait until they accept, or just ask them before you add them

ESC > Communication > Friends.  There's a window to add friends from there.

If you have them in your chat window, you should be able to simply click on their name and click "friend"
