OK, all suggested is high and mighty but isn't low MR content.

For starters you need to aim for:

1) Rhino as WarFrame  (Venus boss drop on Fossa) - his second ability give literal immortality and almost perfect immunity to oh so many status affects when active. Recommended mods - +Armor and +Strength

2) At MR 5+ Atomos as secondary - mass destroyer of close lurking mobs. BP can be obtained from market console. Recommended mods - +Damage, +MultiShot +Range (this mod is a rare drop from same boss on Fossa) and elemental mods for fire+viral, fire+corrosive, radiation+viral combos that have bonus damage for certain groups of mobs.

3) At same MR+5 for primary weapons things can get tricky depending of your clan research level - if chem lab  have researched Ignis - yer lucky and just need to build it. Mod recommendation - same as for Atomos. If you don't have a clan or clan don't research Ignis yet then I'd suggest trying some shotgun (almost don't use, so can't give advise) or a sniper (used a catalised and formaed Hushed Vulcar until I developed my Dojo high enough for sayd Ignis).

4) Melee is not my skill (using it only when running out of ammo or in rare sorties) so just aim for something that suits your stile.

so here is a little tip. work your way through the starchart. - as in make sure you unlock every node.. that is a great way to progress your MR and open up your options.

New weapons, Warframes, sentinels and vehicles will give you points to advance you MR level. upgrade lots of new weapons beside one strong weapon you have in game.

Work on doing your void fissures. break open relics and save the parts you have double till your a MR 8+

These parts you can sell at the relays for ducats. With these ducats and regular in-game credits you are able to buy the primed mods from Baro.

There is a little app called "lootR for warframe" (yes i did write that right) , which will show you the best chance of a mod or item dropping.

If you need to find specific places or items or info on damage or faction damage sensitivity look here: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/WARFRAME_Wiki

to know more about ceratin things like damage types will make your game a lot easier.

There are some youtube channels that dedicate themselfs to helping starting players. check some of the video's

how do i get the ignis wraith and paraceis? I don't see a blueprint for the ignis in the market

Ignis wraith you have to buy off of someone because it's an event item. (It goes for about 2 plat). There's a link for you to buy it.

You get the paraceis by completing the sacrifice quest. If you're unsure on how to get to it. Here is an order of the main quests in order.

Vor's Prize  Once Awake  The Archwing  Stolen Dreams  The New Strange  Natah  The Second Dream  The War Within  Chains of Harrow • Apostasy Prologue  The Sacrifice  • Chimera Prologue  The New War

(For the Apostasy and Chimera prologue's get the personal quarters segment in your orbiter and go there when it's time)
