harrows shield

So I just started playing harrow again. I've noticed something I just can't figure out. When I used to play harrow, I'd take advantage of my sentinel instantly restoring my shields after using my one which would allow me to cast again. However, that's no longer working. For whatever reason right as I cast my one, harrow's shields jump up by 20 and this leaves 20 after the shield is depleted; because of this, my sentinel doesn't instantly recharge it. Is this a change DE made or a bug?

Do you have any set mods on anything, there is one that restores a percentage of energy used as shields, i don’t remember the name

Augur mods is the name

I guess you have one ( or more ) of Augur mods on , it refunds % of spent energy as shields. It might be preventing your sentinel from using Guardian precept.

I do believe it's the augur mods that are doing this.
