Hi, came back after quitting since plague star, level 5 nightwave, i wanna know which level people are at after completing all missions and if i can catch up for it ? ty for info

Well, I'm at 34, but I've been ranking up since the beginning, so the Dailies stacked up.

And yes, you can catch up with the catch-up mechanic. Just do the Weeklies and Elites, and acts from previous weeks will be recovered. A recent update has apparently made this even easier; you now only have to do 5 of the current week's Weeklies and Elites for the Recovered acts to start showing up.

Theoretically, you could even start at rank 0 on the very last week and still get to 30, though I really don't recommend it.

reminds me of that south park episode where they grind up to highest level on WoW to get revenge on the guy that killed them in-game.. also reminds me of a skit from a Battlefield miniseries on Youtube:
