Nah the mods are still fine actually, still worth using them for star chart content or normal day to day mission or anything less than an hour in a mission. Bonus damage is still damage. In my honest opinion, bloodrush, condition overload and etc is overkill and uncessary while running missions in public or ordinary mission. The problem is players want flashy colours and big numbers to jerk off too and stroke their ego. Enemies below level 100 die with regular mods. Bloodrush build is only useful on solo long endurance runs or with friends with no nuke farms on the team. Seriously do you need big numbers on earth to scan bloody treshcones?
