All "cinematic" quests should be replayable from the day they're launched

All "cinematic" quests should be replayable from the day they're launched.
What I mean are quests like chimera, erra, etc. 
Its kinda frustrating that Its been months since chimera came out, and the only way I can relive it is through some 480p video on youtube. Cmon.
