Operator transference does not work.

As of yesterday I am unable to use transference anywhere: not in missions, not in the orbiter, not in Fortuna or Orb Vallis.
Setting the transference ability to a different key did not help, setting all controls to default didn't help, deleting the .cfg file also did not help.
The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the game.

I have managed to switch to operator via the "operator"  button in Fortuna, however switching back was impossible.

If it helps, I am using the Steam version.

Edit: I have reinstalled the game, it did not fix the issue. I still cannot switch to operator.
Edit 2: I tried changing which DirectX version I'm using, it did not help.
Edit 3: Problem solved. I had to delete funny named folders (like 164834EB9F19DB0A429097F0C7CA1F4C) and .cfg files in AppData\Local\Warframe

Have you verified and optimised the download cache? Sometimes verifying fixes things. If there are not masses of reports it is likely on your end, rather than DE’s.

I just now tried, it did not fix my issue, unfortunately.

@Kirost Do you have a controller plugged in? I had it a year or so ago where my controller was interfering with mouse/keyboard.

Nah, it was not the controller. I'll edit the original post with the solution.
