How do I send a bug ticket to DE?

There is a bug for PS4 for vox Solaris I’ve don’t the 2nd mission over 100 times, I’ve gotten everything else except what I need to rank up which is the Atmo systems. I’ve gotten archgun ace 2 times I’ve gotten a bunch of repeller systems, a bunch of gyro mags a bunch of everything else relics you name it, except for the atmo system please this is so frustrating I feel like genuine smashing my PS4 at this rate. And there’s no way to contact de idk how to.

RNGJesus had a bug infestation so he couldn't give you what he wants. So it is technically a bug. just not one DE can fix 😎

While described phenom isn't a bug, I'd like to know how _effectively_ report bugs. (Because posts to the subforum are still up with no apparent action and bugs persist)
