Inability to spawn a NEW kuva lich

I have been trying to create a new kuva lich in solo mode however I am unable too.

I have tried different mission nodes and different warframes however the kuva dialog refuses to show up.

I have no active lich

Thank you for contacting us.

It's possible that there may be some corrupted files in your Warframe cache.

We'll start by rebooting your computer and power cycling your modem and router. To do this, turn off the device and unplug it for about 2 minutes, then plug it back in.

Next, please verify and optimize your download cache. You can do this in the Warframe's launcher settings menu. After opening the launcher, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the little gear in the upper right of the Warframe launcher
2. Click either verify or optimize, and after you have done either one of them, please click the other one.

Finally, when the game is not running, go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Warframe and delete all the funny named folders (like F36423HGJYG5434000 ) and any .cfg files. Please note, this will delete your key bindings and all the other in-game settings but not any game progress.

Which I have tried and it doesn't work.

My second reply is kind of private as it involves log uploads.

Kindly ensure that when the light flickers in yellow color, you kill as many enemies as fast as you can. The yellow flickering lights will get you a hidden time limit and you will need to kill enough enemies to force a larvling to be created.

This is the second reply apparently Support doesn't bother reading the forums or watching video evidence footage. 


They're the only ones who can fix it, All I want to do is just max out my kuva weapons to 60% however I believe the only one on the team thats able to fix it are Steve and people who have access to the master code.

Oh I didn't mean support, I mean devs and community managers to get more awareness of the issue.

But support does handle accounts so maybe they can actualy help, problem is you linked them to a bugreport so they outright ignored it because they don't deal with that, you need to tell them that it's an account issue from your testing with the other account on the same machine.


Also, did you try the config deletion they mention? Since that is likely stored per account... but don't delete them, just rename the Warframe folder in %LOCALAPPDATA% so you can restore it easily after you tested.
