taiiat Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) Mynki designed something that looks sort've like a Chaingun. so his concept art has it started for us :D and it could differ from Soma by being like a sort of Heavy Machine Gun, heavier bullets, slower ROF, etc. more continuous fire capability, but less spammy. so you could shoot for a much longer period. Honestly, with the Gorgon retired, I'm hoping they bring out a hand-held minigun fired from the waist. Aiming would give small zoom while spinning the barrels continuously, and have the added bonus of being immune (or at least highly resistant) to knockback.
