(PSN)Stealth_Cobra Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 Just wanted to make sure that needing a fully grown cyst will no longer be necessary to access the helminth room comes next update (think at tennocon the sacrificed frames didn't have cysts , but could have been dev hacks)... Otherwise it means we pretty much gotta claim frames in our foundry one week or so before we want to sacrifice them, get them infected in a mission, then let them sit in there for a whole week to mature the cysts... Which seems like a lot of micro-management of cysts just to sacrifice 44 frames. So yeah , confirmation would be appreciated, so we know if we need to let's say start claiming frames a week in advance and get them infected. Circle_of_Psi Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 I think they might be removing that Cyst thing in favor of something else, as the Cyst only has one reason to get it and that's to get a Infested Dogo. With the new Infested Pets, it's likely this system is gonna be scrapped and either find a new way to get the Infested Pet or give it as a random breed choice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
yarl5000 Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 From the Demo I don't think the mag Reb sacrificed had a cyst on it and still got to enter the room. Worst case it would take a day after your frame gets infected to access the room. they changed it so you can pop zits if they aren't fully grown anymore.
